Unfortunately I have to change my once five star review due the negligence of the cleaning crew and the lack of responsibility of the owner. I came home from work one evening (after maid pro had cleaned my home ) to my entire home filled with smoke and the burner left on! I had a paper plate with cupcakes on the stove and when she cleaned it she must have turned on the burner so the paper plate was ashes by the time I got home (how my house was still intact I have no idea). Our poor dog had been home all day while the smoke detector was blaring and the house as condemned in smoke. He scratched the paint completely off our door because he was in such a panic to escape the noise. The owner, Ed, at first excepted responsibility and agreed to fix the damage only to have him change his mind the next day! Meanwhile our entire home reeks of smoke, our door is ruined and our dog is freaked out to this day of the oven. read more

Today was the first time that I have used a maid service and I am so happy I did! I had called Maidpro because I heard that they do a background check on each of their employees. Since it was my first cleaning, they sent out two employees. Nassia and Lucia arrived on time and introduced themselves. They were both very friendly and professional. I have always worried about having strangers in my house cleaning, but I trusted them completely. They both started working right away and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. They did an excellent job cleaning my house and It is so amazing how clean and shiny everything is! Unfortunately this company cannot maintain the same people that do the cleaning. Therefore each time is training a new person. The work ethics for the people doing the cleaning is also random, some do a good job others may possibly have never cleaned a home before. They never arrive at the same scheduled time, anywhere from 15 mins to 1 1/2 hours late. Two are scheduled to clean my home and each one can arrive at different time. This is not a company that I would trust to give a house key for them to come in and clean, you have to be home at the time of the cleaning. On several occasions items have been broken, some they admitted and the company paid for. Other times they hid the breakage. They are expensive, which I wouldn't mind if they did their job. I have had this company clean for awhile in hopes of improvement....it never happened. read more

I like that because they are a major company, their people are well-trained and they have guidelines they follow. Another good thing is that they will customize their cleaning routine to fit your needs, with regard to things like the order of the rooms they clean and the products they use. Nassia has been my head cleaner for a while and she really does a great job. If you want something done differently or in addition, you just ask them and they will accommodate you. I can not say enough good things about this cleaning service. I used them as my cleaning crew for my move out from a house rental. While I thought they did a great job on their first visit, my rental company wanted some very nit picky items to be cleaned again. MaidPro immediately told me that they were happy to come out and clean those items again for free. Shannon the office manager worked with me so that I could ensure I got as much of my security deposit back as possible. The cleaners were 45 minutes late...getting ready for the worst part yet. They ARE NOT upfront about their pricing. Over the phone I agreed to a certain service at a certain price and when the cleaners were done they tried charging me a crazy price. I called a rep and she also tried to charge me four times the agreed price. She said she would speak to her manager/owner and get back to me...they never did and would not return my phone calls. Finally I get the manager/owner to speak to me and he offered a discount on the non-agreed upon inflated price which I told him was not fair. I ask if he could please review the recorded phone conversation between me and the lady on the phone and he agreed he would...he calls me back and said he could not find the recording. I told him that I just purchased a home, am in the military and am looking to use their service for years to come yet he charged me for service I neither agreed to nor understood. STRAIGHT RIP-OFF, they'd rather take as much $$$$ from you than build long lasting customers for life and that's TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I've now been getting monthly cleaning and so appreciate of their attention to detail. They really go above and beyond. I can't believe they hand wash the toilets with a disposable scrubber, as to not contaminate and transfer germs that the regular toilet bowl brushes carry. the lady's came twice once for a deep cleaning a light once over after the house was painted and flooring went in. i was working with a deadline and they worked with me both times to meet my deadline. to give you an idea what this house was like it was neglected for 17 years never cleaned these lady's got 17 years a fry grease splatter off the walls and cabinets in the kitchen and got the hard water deposits off the shower and tubs. im sorry i didnt take before and after pics of the job they did but it was exceptional. thank you for your hard work, well worth the read more
