Please find below an EXACT copy of an email I sent the owner immediately following my "first clean" visit. I had to leave an email because I was unable to reach anyone by telephone to complain. DO NOT let these people into your home!! NEVER in my life have I been treated like this!!!!! I am writing to lodge a complaint. I rearranged my entire schedule to accommodate my "first clean" and two incompetent women arrived. The reeked of cigarette smoke. They said they could not clean without talking to their supervisor because a bedroom was not listed and they didn't know if a "living room" was the same as a "family room". (Mind you I spent over a half an hour on the phone with a "coordinator, to whom I explained all the details of the clean AND the fact that I had two dogs that barked). Then they proceeded to inform me that my kitchen (and apparently the rest of the house?) was too "cluttered" for them to do their job. I said, fine forget the kitchen, just do the other rooms and they said they rudely said they were leaving. I told them in no specific terms to get OUT of my house, and I let my dogs in. One girl then accused my dog of trying to "bite" her. They were directed to depart through the front door, and I opened the back door for the dogs. My dogs bark, but they are Portuguese Water Dogs (not something like a pit bull) and are exuberant and friendly. They greet people with enthusiasm. That woman is a lying degenerate and I want her fired. Furthermore, I want nothing else to do with your incompetent company and do not expect to be charged for this invasion. I also plan to tell my reference (who currently uses MaidPro about this incompetence and highly encourage her to switch agencies). I plan to post this or a similar review on Yelp and your website shortly. I am insulted and appalled at your employees' actions. They should be soundly disciplined at the very least. read more

We have had such a great experience with Maidpro! Our home is always cleaned meticulously and our difficult dark wood floors smudge free! Jenny is wonderful and goes out of her way to check in on us and make sure our service is up to par. She has even visited our house personally with our normal cleaner to provide guidance on areas of our home that needed extra attention and ensured they were cleaned perfectly despite it going over our normal time allotment. They have also been wonderful with our three dogs, allowing us to keep them out of their crates during the cleaning. I would highly recommend them! They have saved me invaluable time during the week that I can spend doing something other than cleaning our home after a long day at work! read more

Everytime MaidPro Providence, RI comes to clean my apartment I'm overcharged. My apartment is 500sq ft. It takes one maid about an hour. I'm always charged for at least an hour and a half usually more like 2 or 3hours. The MaidPro corporate checklist they are supposed to work off of is extensive. Unfortunately, the maids check completed whether or not they have done the work. Spots are regularly being overlooked or ignored altogether. Even specifically requested tasks. The owner placates customer complaints but does nothing to fix them. I pay money for this service to make my life easier, in the end it just becomes one more headache. MaidPro corporate needs to do a better job of vetting their franchise owners and the employees. read more

Jennifer is an amazing and awesome person. She quickly adapted to our needs and met our expectations. Then somehow almost every week she exceeds them. She's very caring about all the members of our family from the adults, to the children to the three dogs. She leaves warm reminders of her visits including stickers for the children or notes for them. She works with and around the dogs. She knows what makes us happy even when we don't. She is absolutely amazing, and makes our lives better. With our busy schedules it's very difficult to keep up and she gets us in a place to be successful. I am very grateful for everything that she does. R vr Andre G read more

I love MaidPro! I've hired them many times to clean my apartment and it's been a consistently wonderful experience. MaidPro is very professional, booking is easy, and customer service has been helpful and responsive. If I am not able to contact them during their business hours, someone always gets back to me by the next business day. They try to schedule me with people that have been here before and who know their way around my place. They also keep great records so that it's easy for a new person to come out. I feel very comfortable leaving my home in MaidPro's capable hands, and I love coming home to a sparklingly clean home! read more

I just had a different cleaner come today and what a difference. The cleaner I had from MaidPro first thing she does is complained about parking. I told the service we have street parking and even offered to park the car for her since there was a spot that needed parallel parking across the street. Anyway, lazy service. Some countertops not touched, some bed side tables not touched. The biggest one is the oven which I paid extra for. I have a service cleaning here right now and they have been here for 2 and a half hours. Not sure if the cleaning person was having an off day or what, but I won't be using them again. read more

I've been using MaidPro for over a year now. For the last six months, I've been going through chemo, and it's been a HUGE relief to have someone do the cleaning for me. The woman they've sent to the house is friendly, conscientious, and very detail-oriented. She even empties the dishwasher and takes out the garbage. I feel very comfortable when she's there, and when she's gone, the house looks and smells wonderful. I've had to reschedule on several occasions, due to my treatments, and I've been accommodated by MaidPro every time. Great, great service. read more

MaidPro has been cleaning my home for about 2 years now. In the past, I've generally had to change services after a period of time, because the service wanes after time; it's like the cleaners get too comfortable. But not MaidPro --I am never disappointed. They always find time to do a little something extra, whether it's emptying the dishwasher or folding some clothes that I haven't had time to get too. I am completely satisfied. read more

Maidpro has faithfully served my home for four years and I have been most pleased with their cleaning and professionalism. They are reliable, dependable, and respond quickly when contacting them. They hire kind and warm individuals that go the extra mile! Kristin and Megan made sure to make our home clean with extra care and detail this holiday season, which was a real treat for our family! read more
