I can't say that I am happy with the services I received from MaidPro. I didn't get a call-ahead as agreed, communication was absolutely terrible. A toilet was left dirty, doors and baseboards were untouched, and I have to go back and scrub carpets myself when I fully expected to have a "move-out cleaning" as advertised. Extra workers were supposedly sent to the job two hours after it started to add up to the estimated 5 hours and when shown video of one worker packing up by herself at 3pm, they just can't explain themselves. I hired them to meet a requirement of "professionally cleaned" but they didnt do anything I couldn't have done myself, plus I had to spot treat a couple areas of carpet - since they just dont do that. These people are intentionally deceptive and dishonest, and I will not be doing business with them again and will not be referring anyone in the future. However, if you're just lazy and want to have your place wiped down and nothing more, give them a call they will gladly take your money!! read more

MaidPro has been cleaning my home every two weeks for the past 10 years. I chose them because they have insurance and staff are bonded. Employees have excellent benefits. The employees are reliable, professionally trained and can work independently. If I need something extra, such as cleaning out the refrigerator, it is done willingly. Quick Hits: Fairly affordable, quick & prompt arrival/service. Friendly staff. Would recommend, and would use again. I scheduled maidpro for a move-out clean after recently vacating an apartment. Scheduling was easy as pie, just find the right time, provide billing information, and bingo, you're good to go. My cleaner (one showed up at the beginning, though she/they left a card signed by two people) showed up a couple minutes early and I let her in and she had a couple questions, and got right to work. She was friendly, cheerful, incredibly pleasant. Actually seemed excited to clean up my place for me. We covered a couple basics, told her how to lock the door to leave when she was done, and I headed off to work. I dropped by after my workday to take a look, and while there were a few spots that could have used some improvement (the microwave exterior, the blinds) by and large they did a really great job. The only thing I was truly dissatisfied with was that they don't show or give you a bill or itemized receipt, they just bill the card you provided earlier when you booked the appointment. Even after the fact nothing was emailed to me. What they charged me was right around what their estimate was, so there was nothing unexpected or exorbitant, I just feel that best business practice dictates a receipt. I've since emailed and asked for one. (EDIT: I got my invoice/receipt roughly 9 minutes after asking for it, so I'm super happy with their prompt reply! Thank you!) All in all, I'm happy with my service and wouldn't hesitate to use MaidPro again. read more

I've forgotten on different occasions to leave the key for them to get in and they've been simply wonderful, casual and understanding about it. MaidPro Huge waste of money!! Received a recommendation for MaidPro from a friend and was unfortunately very disappointed with the end result and price. The one-time clean price came out to $375 for a small, 1,600sq ft house (didn't even have them clean my laundry room or spare bedroom). Had it been the "deep clean" the scheduler assured me it would be (with their "49-point checklist") I wouldn't have had an issue paying that high amount. I was 9 months pregnant and was really looking forward to a clean, clean house before baby arrived! However, multiple areas were left uncleaned/dirty (sink, bathtub, glass front door) and I had to go back through my house and put all my things back in their place. I reached out to the company and they did offer to send someone back, but at that point I had already re-cleaned myself. Overall, for $75/hr per cleaner... I would expect WAY more. I called twice to talk to someone and nothing was offered to help make this right except for $13 refund.... Since this cleaning occurred I found another cleaner willing to clean our whole house for $120 and it has been spotless. read more

We have been using MaidPro for over year and have tried our best to make MaidPro be our monthly cleaning service. However, after consistent failure points and negotiating those failure points was not worth the time nor frustration. - Inconsistent quality cleaning - Inaccurate billable timeframe: We have a Ring doorbell and could tell when the cleaners would arrive and leave. We found multiple times that the time billed was not the time worked. - Last minute cancellations by them: Their policy is if the homeowners cancel within 24 hours, the homeowner will be charged. However, when they canceled, a homeowner doesn't get a free cleaning. Seems a bit one-sided. The only reason why not one Star was that when they got it right, it was great. And when they got it wrong, Cindy always took responsibility and provided a resolution. read more

I recently moved back to Denver, CO from San Diego, CA. I needed a bigger place. WIth that comes more space to clean. I was a bit overwhelmed with the cleaning. I searched on line and MaidPro caught my eye. I filled out a very simple form and was contacted that day to discuss the details. I set up my first cleaning with MaidPro. Tamara and Margarita came and in 2 1/2 hours they had transformed my house into a sparkling clean home. I work from home so as they were cleaning I could start to smell the clean wafting up to the top floor. The level of detail was amazing. Used MaidPro for over a year, and while it was super nice to come home to a freshly cleaned home I found it frustrating to come home to a cleaning only 80% complete. Now the latter wasn't often, but it did happen enough that I felt I should seek another cleaning company. MaidPro is professional, the products they use are excellent, and when you get the right cleaner, it's so worth the service! Unfortunately I think the new hires are rushed with their training...possibly? Anytime I would come home to a so-so cleaning, it was because they sent someone I've never heard of to my home. I understand people get sick, or quit, etc but possibly a heads up on change of cleaner would have been appreciated. If not for the amazing customer service and cost of the service, I would give them 3 stars. Cindy alone gets another star added to the review. Thankfully, she was always on top of any issues I did have, and would send seasoned cleaners back out to "get the job done" after a bad clean. She truly is the shining light and hopefully they pay her for her hard work. If you're looking for a first time maid service I reccomend MaidPro, just be wary of the occasional inconsistencies and at least know Cindy will handle defintely handle your issues if you communicate them. read more

Unfortunately, I would not recommend MaidPro and my feedback seems to echo other reviews. I scheduled for my day off so I can remove the dogs, some days a cleaner would show up at 7:30am and others it would be after 12pm. I requested the same cleaning team but often received someone else without notice. Some cleaners are excellent and some do a very mediocre job. Some cleaners would take less than 2 hours to clean the space and some would take up to 5 hours plus for the same space. I was billed less for one month and told by the cleaner that month that the space cleaned was less than what was in their records so to expect that pricing moving forward. When I called Cindy to inquire when my bill went back up, she told me that I had called and told them to clean less space for one clean resulting in a reduced price. I never called them to change the space cleaned. On my last clean I had to go back through my home and put furniture like dining chairs back where they were and pick up after the cleaner. The appliances had residue on them which looked worse than it was started, the shower had not been cleaned, and items had dust marks around them from where she dusted around the items but didn't pick them up. When I informed Cindy that the clean was not up to expectations (or worth the price paid) she simply said she was sorry to hear that and that next time we should finally get back to our normal cleaner, she didn't even inquire as to what had happened. After years of trying to work with Maidpro, I will no longer be using their services. read more

First, the quality of cleaning done by the ladies that came to my home was outstanding. Although they were nearly an hour late (life happens) they were polite, courteous, and did great work. My issue, however, is with the management and the sales process. Having never used this company before, and having been burned by others, I carefully asked Pam (the lady on the phone) to explain the charge. $40 an hour, for a 2 person crew. I asked specifically if this was $40 PER person or for the total crew. I was informed it was for the crew. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when told after the cleaning that it was $40 PER person. Double what I had quoted. I complained directly to Matt, the owner, via email and received no comment, no apology, no explanation. Great work. Deceptive sales process. There are lots of good companies in town. This one, sadly, is not one of them. Know going in that they don't stand behind their promises. So disappointing. read more

DO NOT USE THEM. We searched for a house cleaner and initially chose maidpro. They failed to impress. The issues we had were: breaking multiple irreplaceable items, slow unprofessional cleaners, extremely poor in office customer service, constant bill increases without notice, and failure to come up with a fair resolution to broken items. We have since switched and had no such issues with new cleaners. They broke many things in our home, including keepsakes that could not be replaced. Their response was to tell us they do not pay for any destruction or damage to any type of keepsakes and the finally to give us a few bucks after months of hounding them. All of the cleaners we had, with the exception of one, were unprofessional. We saw them on their phones calling and texting many times while at our house. Others broke stuff, and a few smelled so bad we couldnt be in the same room if they were cleaning. Then the bill kept increasing as they never had enough time to clean our house, but spent a lot of time on their phone, which no doubt caused them to run out of time. They follow the stereotypical housecleaners format, which is to do a great job the first time, then get worse as time goes on while increasing out bill over 50%. They said this was because of of house size(2,500sqft) however our current cleaners simply had another person come to the house which actually saves us money instead of constantly racking up our bill. I felt like they were a cell phone company as the bill was always increasing without telling us. The final straw was them calling my wife who was 8 months pregnant at the time at 8am on our scheduled cleaning day and telling her our cleaner is sick and since we only wanted her to come (as the other cleaners either broke stuff, smelled as if they had not showered in days, or chatted on their cell phones) and we had 5 minutes to call back and say we would be ok with someone else otherwise we would not have a cleaning. Since my wife was getting much need rest being pregnant she did not get the message and when she called them they said its just too late and we can be on a waiting list for the rest of the week. I called to speak with the manager and she was extremely rude and condescending to me. We switched to 5280 housecleaning and have had ZERO issues with them. The crew is on time everytime always. They clean fast, work hard, and leave the house sparkling in less time, which is less cost to us. I know some experiences may not be like this, but the management in this office has clearly shown in all the conversations I've had with them that they really do not value customer servce. read more

I ask for a cleaning products list and information about the insurance they have, both verbally and via e-mail, and all I got was excuses. It worries me that if they cannot comply with a simple request like that, how are they able to follow instructions when cleaning my house?
