W.O.W!!!!!! I retained Maid Stunning's services for a move out clean on my condo last week. Brittany was kind and thorough from the start, with providing me a competitive quote and answering all of my many questions. Her website is clean and easy to navigate, and I was even able to securely submit my credit card information on there prior to the date of service. When the big day rolled around, Brittany and Trinity were right on time, bringing plenty of PPE and all of the cleaning supplies needed to get down to business. They were also friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. During their time at my condo, these two ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the move out clean, and when they were finished, my place was cleaner than it was when I had moved in!! I was suppose to receive a deep cleaning for my 1 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, they didn't perform the services I paid for. The women were kind and friendly but other than my dishes being washed and the bathroom being cleaned, nothing was really done. They claimed they wipe blinds down with a wet cloth, that didn't happen. You could see all the dust pushed to the side. The windows weren't wiped down, the cabinets were not wiped down. They were suppose to do the base boards, that didn't happen. The mirror in the restroom wasn't wiped down. They also didn't go in my 1 bedroom. They didn't clean anything in there. If that wasn't bad enough, they let out 2 of my cats. Before anyone questions anything, I have them on camera with my door open. Those are my babies. They aren't outdoor cats and we aren't from this state. I wish the review was better but unfortunately this was my experience. read more

Great experience from start to finish with Savon Fresh. They answered my request immediately, kept the responses coming, and we set up a date and time for cleaning at an affordable price! The 3 ladies arrived early with smiles on their faces ready to get to work. I mention smile on their faces because it is important and noticeable when there is good energy in the house and I appreciate that when having new people in the house cleaning your personal property etc. it makes a difference! The owner, Brittany is very nice. However, I had SO many issues in my short two cleaning period. 1. First visit, maids were late (3 maids total) 2. First visit, two of the maids went on a smoke break and within the first hour. 3. First visit, maids missed a ton of things. Carpet in family room, didn't dust family room, didn't clean butlers pantry, did a terrible job in master bath. Brittany sent one of the maids back later in the day to finish the job. Brittany also gave me a discount. I told Brittany she got one more chance to make it right. 4. Second visit, only two maids cleaned. This caused them to be here until 1 pm. This made it 4.5 hours of cleaning when it should have been 2 hours with 3-4 maids. 5. Second visit, maids were late. They were suppose to arrive at 8 am. I received numerous emails stating they would arrive at 8 am. I contacted Brittany at 8:12 am asking why they were late. She promptly stated they were there unloading. They were not. I went outside and checked. So either she lied to me or the maids lied to her. The first maid arrived at 8:20. The second maid arrived at 8:32. I had places to be and never received a text informing they'd be late. In addition, Brittany said "there is a window for arrival". That "fact" is not stated in any emails or texts. She stated it was on their website. It makes zero sense that it would be on the website when she should have it on the emails/texts. 6. Final issue, they left.... Discovered later they did not clean the office or the blinds. I specifically told them to clean the office even if my husband was in there. I have fired them. Brittany is very nice to talk to on the phone. However, the management style obviously isn't working. She should have come today with her two msn crew to make sure the client was happy after the first cleaning was such a disaster. I would not hire this company read more

I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews. We had a move out cleaning a week or so ago and first off the lady was over an hour late. She was nice but the cleaning job was terrible. I am now going behind her cleaning after paying $300. The shower and shower head not cleaned, the bathroom floor not cleaned. Stove and refrigerator not cleaned, blinds not dusted. We confirmed the day before and they had an earlier opening which worker out so perfect, then that morning offered even a bit earlier since they wrapped up another property earlier. I LOVE how communicative and flexible they were. They came in and were so kind and did I mention flexible? My son was taking a nap (since we moved things up a bit) so they had no problem at all starting in a different part of the house so they wouldn't wake him, even when I moved him so they could clean that space he didn't wake up (what a mom win!) because they were quick, quiet (besides the vacuum), and efficient! So respectful and pleasant! I really just adored the team! They did a great job (a few minor things were missed - moving items on shelves to dust on 2 shelves and not dusting all the plantation shutters) but outside of those tiny things they did amazing! I know when they return they will start getting into a routine with our home, this was the first time and it's tough navigating new properties! They did phenomenal and the little touches are the cherry on top- towels, blankets, toilet paper and paper towels all designed into art! This company came today for my first scheduled cleaning with this company. . The arrival time I was quoted was between 11 and 1 PM. However the cleaners arrived at 2 PM. This was OK for us as we work from home , however be aware when scheduling that your time can vary. The two women did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, conscientious, and hard-working.
