Maid Stunning did a spectacular job at my condo! I purchased the deep cleaning and I am beyond satisfied. The girls cleaned the whole place up, and it smells great. They deep cleaned the entire place, scrubbed my kitchen walls, sink, and didn't miss the a/c vents that for sure needed some TLC. They made sure I was satisfied with the service, and I truly appreciated the flexibility they had. You won't be disappointed! I'm for sure going to be hiring them often, for a monthly service so I can keep up with the cleanliness. Definitely recommend!! read more

Arrived on time and they were extremely efficient and thorough. Highly recommend and will definitely be hiring again soon! If there are issues with this company, I have to assume you didn't bother to give them a chance to resolve it and/or your expectations weren't communicated in order to be met. After trying out 2 previous services, which were fine, this has been the easiest experience I've had from booking to completed clean. read more

Maid Stunning - It's the little things! - Home Cleaning Near Me

W.O.W!!!!!! I retained Maid Stunning's services for a move out clean on my condo last week. Brittany was kind and thorough from the start, with providing me a competitive quote and answering all of my many questions. Her website is clean and easy to navigate, and I was even able to securely submit my credit card information on there prior to the date of service. When the big day rolled around, Brittany and Trinity were right on time, bringing plenty of PPE and all of the cleaning supplies needed to get down to business. They were also friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. During their time at my condo, these two ladies went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the move out clean, and when they were finished, my place was cleaner than it was when I had moved in!! I sure wish the last tenants had hired Maid Stunning when they left! From the walls to the faucets to the fridge to the window sills to under the burners on the stove, this place was SPOTLESS!!! Had I not moved out of state, I would absolutely, positively be utilizing Maid Stunning for regular cleaning services in my home. They made me a believer!! Thank you, Brittany and Trinity, for making this part of my move entirely stress-free!! You are the best!!! read more

Y'all. This is THE BEST cleaning service I've used! Brittany was so helpful! I called less than 24 hrs before I needed a cleaning scheduled, as the original service I hired was literally a no-show. Brittany accepted my call, and within 10 minutes had me scheduled for the next day! This was for a move out cleaning, and the house was spotless! Beautiful job, ladies! And thanks again! read more

Super friendly ladies and manager, they did excellent job, 3 showed up on time and worked very efficiently and left place looking like new! Bravo! read more

I was suppose to receive a deep cleaning for my 1 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, they didn't perform the services I paid for. The women were kind and friendly but other than my dishes being washed and the bathroom being cleaned, nothing was really done. They claimed they wipe blinds down with a wet cloth, that didn't happen. You could see all the dust pushed to the side. The windows weren't wiped down, the cabinets were not wiped down. They were suppose to do the base boards, that didn't happen. The mirror in the restroom wasn't wiped down. They also didn't go in my 1 bedroom. They didn't clean anything in there. If that wasn't bad enough, they let out 2 of my cats. Before anyone questions anything, I have them on camera with my door open. Those are my babies. They aren't outdoor cats and we aren't from this state. I wish the review was better but unfortunately this was my experience. read more

Great service! Flexible to fit your schedule. Special attention to detail. Friendly staff!

Great experience from start to finish with Savon Fresh. They answered my request immediately, kept the responses coming, and we set up a date and time for cleaning at an affordable price! The 3 ladies arrived early with smiles on their faces ready to get to work. I mention smile on their faces because it is important and noticeable when there is good energy in the house and I appreciate that when having new people in the house cleaning your personal property etc. it makes a difference! The house was cleaned in just about 2.5 hours and it was looking beautiful, smelled fresh, and cleaned to perfection. Highly recommend Savon Fresh and I will be using them again! read more

I was in need of last minute cleaning and Brittany answered right away, and was able to squeeze me into a last minute slot. Not only that, she gave me a discount that was unexpected and I'm thankful for that. The cleaners that provided the service were amazing, Robin and Crystal were detailed and very thorough with my needs. I'd definitely recommend their services! I look forward to my reoccurring monthly visits to help keep my home clean! read more

Very lovely service the quickest to respond and trying so hard to accomadate !! Its appreciated so much

Top notch crew I must say they're 5 star work speaks for itself!!! I would out them above the rest.

We needed a last minute house cleaning and they were able to come out the next day. They arrived on time, were kind and left the house feeling and looking clean. A few hours after the owner reached out to make sure we were happy with everything. We reached out to many companies and thier price to person / time ratio was the best and the work was great. We will definitely use again. read more

I asked for a quote via Yelp and was contacted by a few companies including Savon fresh. Their prices were the lowest and the customer service is impeccable. There was an initial misunderstanding by the individuals that came to clean the house, however, Sam immediately remediated the situation and offered a refund for the additional services requested / offered for them to finish the remaining areas that weren't in the base house cleaning. Highly recommend using this Company for anyone looking to get a great deal, a responsive team, and amazing customer service that you don't experience very often these days. read more

They always do a fantastic job!! Im so happy I found them! I have tried other house cleaning companies in the past and none of them have measured up to the quality of work that maid stunning provides. They are very professional, go above and beyond and the communication is always on point. Do yourself a favor and book them! read more

The owner, Brittany is very nice. However, I had SO many issues in my short two cleaning period. 1. First visit, maids were late (3 maids total) 2. First visit, two of the maids went on a smoke break and within the first hour. 3. First visit, maids missed a ton of things. Carpet in family room, didn't dust family room, didn't clean butlers pantry, did a terrible job in master bath. Brittany sent one of the maids back later in the day to finish the job. Brittany also gave me a discount. I told Brittany she got one more chance to make it right. 4. Second visit, only two maids cleaned. This caused them to be here until 1 pm. This made it 4.5 hours of cleaning when it should have been 2 hours with 3-4 maids. 5. Second visit, maids were late. They were suppose to arrive at 8 am. I received numerous emails stating they would arrive at 8 am. I contacted Brittany at 8:12 am asking why they were late. She promptly stated they were there unloading. They were not. I went outside and checked. So either she lied to me or the maids lied to her. The first maid arrived at 8:20. The second maid arrived at 8:32. I had places to be and never received a text informing they'd be late. In addition, Brittany said "there is a window for arrival". That "fact" is not stated in any emails or texts. She stated it was on their website. It makes zero sense that it would be on the website when she should have it on the emails/texts. 6. Final issue, they left.... Discovered later they did not clean the office or the blinds. I specifically told them to clean the office even if my husband was in there. I have fired them. Brittany is very nice to talk to on the phone. However, the management style obviously isn't working. She should have come today with her two msn crew to make sure the client was happy after the first cleaning was such a disaster. I would not hire this company read more

They were one if the first to respond to my request for quotes. The quote was clear to what it will cover so there was no added fee or surprises. They showed up on time, were very friendly. They did a great job! Everything was practically sparkling when they left. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and vacuums. They got it done in the amount of time they quoted. No problems. Honest hard working gals that did a great job in a timely manner. No surprise billing. I'd recommend them for sure! read more

Very disappointed after paying extra for deep clean and charged and extra hour or 4 hours work. Maybe only one person worked but thought 2. Anyway I've had 2 ladies do more in 2 hours then Savon. Sorry will not use again. Even after the extra time and money they did not complete the master bathroom. read more

I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews. We had a move out cleaning a week or so ago and first off the lady was over an hour late. She was nice but the cleaning job was terrible. I am now going behind her cleaning after paying $300. The shower and shower head not cleaned, the bathroom floor not cleaned. Stove and refrigerator not cleaned, blinds not dusted. The toilet in our second bathroom still dirty. Just not a good experience. I would not recommend. read more

I am absolutely amazed with the great job Maid Stunning did with my home! The place looks amazing, smells clean, and I don't mind having guests over after this cleaning! Thank you Maid Stunning for making my home feel like a home again! read more

We are selling our house and needed it cleaned for showings. Our real estate agent was even impressed and asked how we got it so clean so fast. It was all thanks to Maid Stunning! We appreciate the help, it was an extremely thorough job, the communication was excellent, and they were here right on time. read more

Sandy and the team were AMAZING! We confirmed the day before and they had an earlier opening which worker out so perfect, then that morning offered even a bit earlier since they wrapped up another property earlier. I LOVE how communicative and flexible they were. They came in and were so kind and did I mention flexible? My son was taking a nap (since we moved things up a bit) so they had no problem at all starting in a different part of the house so they wouldn't wake him, even when I moved him so they could clean that space he didn't wake up (what a mom win!) because they were quick, quiet (besides the vacuum), and efficient! So respectful and pleasant! I really just adored the team! They did a great job (a few minor things were missed - moving items on shelves to dust on 2 shelves and not dusting all the plantation shutters) but outside of those tiny things they did amazing! I know when they return they will start getting into a routine with our home, this was the first time and it's tough navigating new properties! They did phenomenal and the little touches are the cherry on top- towels, blankets, toilet paper and paper towels all designed into art! My home is clean, fresh, beautiful and best of all had positive energy in it today! Thank you Savin Fresh! Keep it up and we will see you all soon!!! read more

I am so happy with this company. For sure would recommend! I will be having them back every two weeks. Talk about attention to detail.... Little bows on every toilet paper roll and towel art. That will get me every time. read more

The ladies are finishing up right now and I know if I don't type this now, I'll procrastinate for a week and don't want to risk forgetting. Normally I have cleaners every month but with COVID, that hasn't happened and things definitely need some extra love. When I go back to monthly, this will 100% be the service I use (and for touchups until then!). The ladies were very thorough and detail oriented, absolutely everything was cleaned perfectly and carefully. Also, really reasonable prices. So many places need to book an appointment to come see things first (which isn't great if their quote is out of budget). I was able to quickly get a quote and have everything set up! The ladies were also right on time. Whether your house needs a lot or a little love, call stunning and you'll be happy! P.s. don't forget to tip read more

We've been using their services regularly (every 3 weeks) for the past 4 months and are very happy with the service quality. They always make it a point to ask us if we want them to concentrate on a specific part of the house. They even cleaned the ceiling fans and balcony. Thankful for the attention to detail and consistently providing a great service every time. We've never been disappointed after a cleaning and my wife's allergies have been much better since they started coming regularly. Very reasonable prices also. read more

Wonderful experience with Maid Stunning. They were able to get me in on short notice, and were super accommodating with my schedule. They arrived right on time, and we went over what needed to be done. I was able to come home from work to a spotless, wonderfully smelling home! Great service and absolutely goes above and beyond. Thank you for coming on a short notice. Definitely highly recommend them

This company came today for my first scheduled cleaning with this company. . The arrival time I was quoted was between 11 and 1 PM. However the cleaners arrived at 2 PM. This was OK for us as we work from home , however be aware when scheduling that your time can vary. The two women did a very good job, they were polite, respectful, conscientious, and hard-working. Communication from this company is excellent. The cleaning was excellent. The 2 cleaning ladies did the cleaning as I asked of them and again, they were great workers and I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be scheduling with this company again. read more

BEYOND amazing. I texted Crystal at 6:40A. She answered back at 6:45!!! She and her team saved the day. We needed help with an unexpected, last minute deep cleaning for a 2 bedroom apartment. The crew arrived, as promised, at 2. Fantastic help to us!! Much appreciated!!!!! read more

The answering service was pleasant. So I went to book a service time and was told I had to pay first via CC. The total was 293.00.
