Came here for dinner on our 2nd night in Cottonwood. This place has a cozy dining area and a separate bar. Our dinner was red curry chicken, chicken pad see ew and beef pad kee mao. All of the dishes were tasty, the slight difference between pad see ew and pad kee mao is the Thai basil. Staff were warm friendly and attentive. Price is reasonable. They have their own parking lot too, certainly recommend

I ordered pad see yew and thai tea. Everything was tasty. The pad see yew lunch portion was large. Server was very attentive and so was her assistant. Restaurant is a little dark but comfortable. I sat at a table with chairs. The chairs are okay for a little but not if you plan to linger with friends.

Tom Yum hot pot

Their tom yum soup at 5/5 spice level was one of the best tom yum soups I have had. Super flavorful (not very spicy as far as spicy Thai food can be but had some spice and lots of flavor and was perfectly balanced). I enjoyed seating at their outdoor patio. Great service, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Great Thai food! I was in town for a bachelorette party and we ordered a giant box of Thai takeout. All of our orders were perfect, ready quickly and we were even given fortune cookies, which usually never happens when I have Thai food! I will say that the spicy scale seems to run a bit hot. I got a 3 but it definitely felt spicer. A lot of other girls felt this way too! Spicy or not, everything was delicious and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Garlic Shrimp

I came into this location on December 21, 2023, with a companion to try some Thai food on our last evening in Cottonwood. Based upon the location of this restaurant, we didn't expect the highest caliber of food but did expect more of a resemblance to authentic Thai cuisine. Let's get to it, shall we? What I got: Tom Yum Hot Pot with shrimp For those who have read any of my previous reviews on Thai cuisine or of Tom Yum, it is known that I am particular about this dish as I have enjoyed it in various parts of Thailand as well as the globe. This Tom Yum included many traditional elements such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and bamboo shoots. However, what was added to this dish and was unexpected was cabbage and broccoli (insert confused face). If making a vegetable Tom Yum, one would use galangal, lime leaves, lemon grass, and hot chile paste, mushrooms, bok choy, etc (not broccoli or cabbage). The cabbage and broccoli in this hot pot seemed to act as a filler in this dish and not a welcomed one. Aside from the ingredient faux pas, the flavor was muted on this dish. Garlic Delight with Shrimp This dish did have garlic indeed but was light on shrimp. The dish was pan cooked as opposed to fried. The garlic used on this dish seemed as if it was pre-minced and not freshly chopped. The dish was an okay shrimp dish but it was not a "Thai" dish as it did not include any traditional Thai elements. The service in the location was prompt as we arrived when the location opened for the evening and the service remained prompt as the establishment began to fill with guests. However, the food isn't authentic but will please those who may have not experienced Thai cuisine before. If you are in the Cottonwood area, this location is one that can wait until you've experienced other dining experiences in the area. $110.40 with tip for two for this experience.

Unchewable food items in hot and sour soup.

First visit. I wish I never tried this place. Ordered Tom Yum hot sour soup. It had so many items in it that you couldn't even chew and if you swallowed any of it, you may have ended up in the ER. There were bone pieces and these noodle colored noodle looking things that were oblong with sharp ends. Little sticks and pieces of sticks.I tried to research what they might have been but seriously no clue. I'll try to attach a picture of it. Then the entree was sweet and sour with chicken. No where did it say it was tempura chicken. Yuck! Terrible flavor and it soaked up all the juice which made it soggy tempura chicken. I'm sad it was this bad. Guess I ordered the wrong items. Believe me, I tried. Just horrible. The place was fairly nice looking but dirty. One waitress told a youngster to stop yelling. Our waiter was a zombie. He stood 2+ feet away from the table while taking the order and some else delivered the food. I'm mad that we didn't say something. I just wanted to pay and leave. In retrospect....I think the pieces of non food items were added was intentionally. 2 people sharing a soup and one meal probably pissed them off. Maybe they don't understand that I can't eat much but my husband eats most of it. And we didn't order booze. It was a " you're not welcome here" message. Read loud and clear!

"Pad Thai"

I was traveling through Cottonwood Az with a couple who (amazingly) had never eaten Thai food. Tried Mai Thai on Main for their first Thai meal. Pad Thai was pitiful. A one-inch snip of green onion seemed to be the only vegetable. A few thin slices of chicken and bland sauce. It was basically a two-pound container of noodles. Also, we nicknamed their Spring Rolls "Lettuce Rolls." We ordered takeout. Perhaps dine-in is better, but if so it is a bad commentary that they would serve worse food for takeout. Overall very poor Thai food. They get one-star because the family who run the place seemed friendly.

They are open…read moreall day- no odd hours like some of the Local Thai restaurants which is very inconvenient therefore we don't frequent them. Negatives: Portion size is a bit small to average, and sadly a few of the featured dishes we have tried seem to focus on adding prolific amounts of red and green bell pepper as "filler" for the vegetable in the protein and rice/noodle dishes. A variety of vegetables that compliment the specific dish would add interest and subtle texture and flavor. Broccoli? Lemongrass? Everything is expensive now due to the trump administration- and people simply can't afford to eat out as much or at all. When a dish is presented miserly, it becomes an easy to decision not to eat out. Also, the dishes are a bit overly salted. Thai food has such an abundance of spice to make it unique, over salting is a rookie move. The staff we have encountered seem mostly professional and friendly, however, lately staff seem disinterested, bored and we were surprised and disappointed to see two staff members, eating at the front register while people came in for take-out orders. Surely a health code violation to be eating while handling customer food orders and money at the cashier station. Big turn-off for us. We really wanted to see them succeed- but eating at the register is gross. Ughh.
