I made reservations on January 7th for March 15th at 5:45P for a party 4. When arrived we were immediately seated, and ordered beverages. Our server was attentive, and gave us great service. We went ahead and ordered appetizers and got the shrimp cocktail, Parker rolls, and the seafood pancake. The seafood pancake was delicious and cooked perfectly, but the rolls were a bit overcooked and not as fluffy as I thought they'd be. The butter for the rolls was amazing though. Shrimp cocktail was just okay, nothing amazing and we wouldn't order these again, because the sauce was weird and barely had any flavor. For our entrees my hubby and my friends hubby ordered the lamb chops, I ordered the king salmon, and my friend got a steak. We all loved our meals everything was perfect and delicious. I would totally order the salmon again. For sides or shareable we got the salt and pepper green beans, crab Mac and cheese, and kimchi risotto. The green beans actually tasted the best, because the kimchi risotto had more of an oyster sauce flavor and didn't taste any kimchi (I'm Korean), and our crab Mac and cheese didn't look like it had any crab in it -- it was just way too cheesy, and hard to share and eat. Overall, we had a great time and the service was exceptional. Some foods taste amazing while others aren't worth the price -- but I would definitely come back to try more entree options.

Is the review even needed? We KNOW this place is a 10/10 with Chef Lee at the helm. Sweet Chili Glazed shrimp. Good, but not amazing. The shrimp were massive, though. French Onion Goat Cheese Mousse. That was fire. Chive oil in the middle to bring freshness to the dish. The Caesar...you already know. It's Insta-Famous for a reason. Soooo much cheese!!! Instead of croutons they use chili crisps. They have a little heat but they're mostly smokey, and you get an extra crunch in every bite. 12oz Filet with Black Garlic Butter - perfect sear, perfect seasoning, cooked to perfection. The filet being Prime was also a huge bonus. Scallop entree with kimchi risotto ... wow! That risotto was ridiculously good. Layers of flavor, cooked to perfection, and well balanced. Snow Crab Mac & Cheese was great. Rich, loaded with crab, and packed with flavor. Banana Pudding was scrumptious. Thick pudding, drizzled with gochujang caramel. For drinks we had The Sauce and The Walnut. Both fantastic and unique. My only critique is the trend of putting a garnish all the way down the side of the glass. It's pretty, but not practical. The drastic change from The Drake to MAHT is impressive. It's no longer an open space, it's intimate, well designed, and they maximized their real estate with seating. If you haven't tried this place, try it.

Overall great first experience at Maht. Started off a little rocky. We had 8:00pm reservations, but were not sat until around 8:10pmish. Not a huge deal, but it was a week night and I didn't want to be out too late. Only other things that weren't great was they were out of the chocolate cake, which turned out fine because the banana pudding was amazing. And they said they were going to comp a drink because they didn't have enough mint to garnish it, but afterwards we looked at the check and saw they didn't comp it. Other than that, everything was great. Servers were very nice and knowledgeable. Started with the Parker rolls and Caesar salad. The butter with the rolls was spicy and sweet and the salad had a nice spicy crunch to it. Had the filet with black garlic butter. It was delish, but wish the butter had more of a strong garlic flavor. For sides we had the mashed potatoes and Brussels. Both were very good and have big portions. Like I said, dessert was the banana pudding and it was very light and fluffy.

We had a lovely meal at Maht after much anticipation. We made our reservation weeks in advance. It was a unique and elegant dining experience. Our waiter was very professional, meeting all our needs. The food was delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I chose the Bibimbap for my entree, and it was excellent. I had never tried this dish before, and I loved it. I have been telling lots of people about it. We ordered the Caesar salad, which was worth the hype, as well as the crab mac and cheese, which was excellent. The strawberry bingsu was unique and refreshing, but not sweet enough for us.

After trying MAHT, I like it a lot, but Birdie's still has the edge for me. We started with Parker Rolls and Beef Tartare. The Parker Rolls were delicious but bread has a relatively low ceiling. Either way, it's a good/cost-effective appetizer. The Beef Tartare was delicious as well, but straying a bit too far from the basics for my liking, venturing a lil bit into not quite beef tartare anymore territory, a bit distracting from the premise, the addiction, the nostalgia. Whereas Birdie's beef tartare is the opposite, it provides exactly what you crave at a flawless execution level. I still think MAHT's is great, like an 8. But Birdie's is a 10 for me. We had the Wagyu Flat Iron and the Prime Ribeye. Both were great, but exactly what you would expect. We tried four of the five sauces, which were all good. My fav was surprisingly the "Maht Steak Sauce" which I thought would be the "safe" choice but was actually the most well-rounded imo. I don't particularly like how the sauces are $5 each whereas at Birdie's you get 3 included with any steak. For sides we got the Kimchi Risotto, Honey Garlic Brussels, and Kimchi Collard Greens. They were all delish, as expected, but there is basically no noticeable kimchi flavor in the two "kimchi" sides, which isn't really an issue but just a worthwhile note. It may disappoint some. For dessert we got the Banana Pudding and Strawberry Creme Bingsu. We had already had the banana pudding at Birdie's and it was one of our favorite desserts. The Strawberry Creme Bingsu thing seemed very popular and my gf was enthusiastic about it, but I thought it was rather bland. The milk ice just tasted like ice and the strawberry sorbet and "macerated strawberries," while good, just tasted like something I would have eaten for $5 as a kid. Wasn't a huge fan, but it was visually stunning. All in all, I think it's a great change of pace for a Birdie's fan who may want a slightly diff spin, but overall I think I just prefer Birdie's in basically every way.

The Maht is a must go to if ever in the area. Great food and dessert and the service was great! Chef comes and out talks to his guests if he is there.

Some really high notes, the rolls and steak were phenomenal, really enjoyed the caesar salad, lamb chops! Korean fried chicken and shrimp, short rib and bibimbap were also great, snow crab mac and cheese was creamy, mashed potatoes were fantastic, deserts wise banana pudding was top tier, strawberry bing su was great too and, drinks were good, creative and reasonably priced

First time at MAHT. Was lucky enough to find a last minute reservation on open table otherwise this restaurant is booked through Jan 2026 and a lot of Feb 2026. First impression is this restaurant is pretty loud but they had a beautiful Christmas tree and a good amount of seating especially for larger parties. I was underwhelmed by the experience at this steakhouse due to the service and many of the dishes I tried. The good: wagyu flat iron 8oz, great cut and cooked to perfection! Scallion crab pancakes were amazing, so flavorful and fresh, would highly recommend. Brussel sprouts were so tasty, crispy and great combination of flavors. The bad: Caesar salad - I saw this all over tik tok, the dreamy Parmesan piled high on wimpy romaine lettuce, it was definitely overhyped and not as impressive as it looked especially in terms of flavor. The mashed potatoes were awful, my friend and I agreed they almost taste like boxed mashed potatoes? There seemed to be no salt, pepper or butter added either. The crab Mac & cheese, I had to dig to find the crab in this dish, absolutely not worth the price, it also needed additional seasoning of some sort. The worst part was the service. I have never experienced a server so rude at a restaurant of this caliber. She explained medium steak to me as if I had never heard of it before. She told us if we wanted the spice on the Caesar salad on the side we might as well not order it. She was extremely rude for majority of our dinner.

Had a nice date night at MAHT, it was hard to get an 5-7pm reservation so we had to book this a month ahead. As a big fan of Birdies and Chef Lee I was super excited to try this place! My bf hasn't been to birdies but he's heard me talked about it so many times and was as excited as I was. I will have to say it was a lovely experience but it was definitely overhyped than how it is for a steak place. We tried several different items on the menu, and some of them tasted very similar to Birdies (for example, the Brussels sprouts appetizer). The lamb chops were quite rich and very tender.. personally, we would've preferred sticking with the steaks. They were good, but overall the flavors felt more familiar than surprising!

Stopped in for a date night dinner, and it was so lovely. We booked a reservation about 3 months in advance, and we were so excited. Upon entering, we were immediately sat. Our server was attentive and great at introducing the menu to us/providing delicious recommendations. We started with the parker rolls, and they looked so good and tasted even better. The honey butter with the chili crisp was truly immaculate, and the rolls were incredibly fluffy and warm with the perfect amount of crisp on the outside. We also ordered the caesar salad, and though very aesthetically pleasing to look at and take pictures of, in the end it was just a caesar salad to me. It was still a tasty one, but it sure was SPICY! For the entree we ordered the snow crab mac and cheese, the mashed potatoes with crispy potato hay, and the American wagyu ribeye with black garlic butter. The mac and cheese and luscious and oh so rich, but it was delicious. I wish it was saucier personally, but I cannot complain. The mashed potatoes were decadent, and I love the addition of the crispy potato hay strings on top. It created such an amazing textural contrast that I haven't had. The steak was incredibly tender, and it melted in my mouth like butter. My only note was that I found it to be ever so salty. The black garlic butter was great, but I would probably skip on it next time. For dessert, we ordered the strawberry and cream bingsoo, and it was beautiful! Another aesthetically pleasing dish, and it was not overly sweet and still satisfied my sweet tooth. It was definitely overpriced for bingsoo, and I probably would not get it again, but it was fun for the one time. I definitely would come again for a special occasion because the food was great and the service was phenomenal. I'd love to try out their different entrees versus getting another steak.

The food here is amazing. The service is amazing . The vibes are there too. Loved the snow crab Mac and cheese. The short rib is perfection. The park house rolls with the chili honey butter, fantastic ! The bibmbap with mushrooms came out piping hot and was delicious. The scallops and risotto, yum. The strawberry ice dessert was just okay. Literally just snow and strawberry flavor. I'd love to go back. Be prepared to spend about $75 per person.

OKC's hottest new restaurant did NOT disappoint and it's quickly become a new favorite of mine. From the impeccable service to the modern steakhouse vibes, this place is it! I'm obsessed with @maht_okc and its fusion of Korean, seafood, and American flavors. The standout dishes were the oysters (because of the AMAZING kumquat mignonette), the Caesar salad (shaved Parmesan cheese + crunchy chili chickpeas = ), and the strawberry + cream bingsu (the best dessert I've ever had!!). Have you tried OKC's newest steakhouse yet?!

This was a nice touch, but the restaurant was nearly empty and they still sat us so we were like 3 feet behind one of two other tables. Since we were both on the same side of the booth, we were both staring directly at the back of some lady's head, which I'm sure made both tables uncomfortable. Overall a nice gesture though. The appetizers were kinda whack. French Onion Soup - Exactly what you would expect (in a good way). Burrata Caprese - Very uninspired. Big chunks of blandness. I usually get blown away by Burrata dishes. The Hamilton has one that tastes like crack. Symmetry's Burrata tastes and feels like something I made trying to use stuff in the fridge. Nothing wrong with it, just totally boring. $49 Steak Tartare - Because I am a moron I was intrigued by this absurdly expensive appetizer. When I playfully inquired about the price, the server acted like my question was preposterous because it's locally sourced filet or something blah blah, like I was supposed to know that (she was overall pleasant though). The "table service" is just a guy cracking an egg on it and mixing it together for 10 seconds (he was pleasant too). It also gave us both serious indigestion (avoiding TMI), which is rare for me because I have an iron gut. Maybe it wasn't the tartare, but if it was some other item, that's even more sus. I ordered the pork chop and my gf ordered the sea bass. Both were pretty good and impressive both compositionally and flavor-wise. I especially liked the red & green chimichurri; it kept things interesting throughout the meal. We ordered a variety of sides which were all decent. For dessert we got a cheesecake, which was yummy and it also had "Happy Anniversary" on it, which was sweet. I actually proposed at this restaurant so I will remember it forever, the good and the bad. The ambiance and vibe are great, but some things need some tuning. I don't feel like it quite delivers at this price point, but it's close. I get that sourcing is important blah blah, but that's background noise if the fundamentals are off. I would suggest scrapping the $49 Steak Tartare entirely as it is a lie, and potentially a biohazard, in favor of a normal Steak Tartare. The Burrata also needs to wow or at least be above average. Appetizers calibrate expectations and ultimately skew the rest of the meal, both positively or negatively. I like what they're attempting to do but it's not quite there in a city with so many good options at that price point.

From the moment we…read morewere seated, our waiter set the tone for the evening--prompt, attentive, and genuinely kind. As first-time guests, we appreciated the thoughtful suggestions, which guided us toward a truly memorable meal. The appetizers were a perfect start: a crisp Caesar salad with balanced flavors and stuffed mushrooms that were rich, savory, and beautifully prepared. The highlight of the evening, however, was the filet, recommended by our server. Cooked to perfection and elevated by decadent truffle butter, it was one of the finest steaks I've ever enjoyed. Beyond the food, the seamless service and welcoming atmosphere made the experience feel both refined and comfortable. Ranch Steakhouse delivers on every level--quality, flavor, and hospitality. It's the kind of place that leaves you eager to return, and I certainly will, many times over. If you're in Oklahoma City, this is a destination worth savoring.

To me it was not spicy... I would have like more spicy heat. Overall, delicious! - Hot Rod Pizza | amazing flavor combination... crust sauce and toppings were all very yummy. Was good hot and even better the next day cold Service was great - friendly and upbeat staff. Large and lively establishment - I love how they had The Princess Bride playing on the big screen (muted). Definitely a good spot for groups. It was a little loud... so be prepared to compete with the crowd when having a conversation. Would I go back? Yes! So much more yumminess to try!

There was an OKC thunder watch party on the patio, so we sat there and enjoyed the game. The inside had a more laid back environment, but I enjoyed the patio. The food was really good too! Most of us got burgers, but we also enjoyed some good appetizers. Highly recommend the dip platter to start. Our server was really nice and attentive, despite the chaos of the watch party and a busy night. Highly recommend coming here for the food and events they host!

The food was outstanding--especially the crab cake on the steak and cake, which had a wonderful lemony sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The only drawback was that the lobster on the lobster tower was a bit tough, but the shrimp, crab legs, and oysters were all excellent. I'd order everything again exactly the same. My husband and son split the Japanese Wagyu Carving Board and absolutely loved both the Wagyu and the Angus. They also raved about the lobster mac and cheese. The banana pudding cake was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed on a Wednesday night at 5:30 PM, and the bar--attached but still separate--was lively without affecting the dining room. Service was attentive without being overbearing. I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely return!

The patio space in the front was very secluded and lush, we had it entirely to ourselves. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. They even brought out a water bowl with ice for our pups. We loved our drinks. My espresso martini was boozy and not too sweet with a love whipped topping on top. Her Road to Hana was very refreshing and the pineapple tajin garnish hit the spot. Quick shout out to the dinner rolls and butter. I was starving so this held me over while our shareables came out. The Spicy Caesar was nice, loved the hit of heat that came with it. The Chicken Pepperjack Strudel, a signature dish, was really really good. Just wish it was warmer in the center but yea definitely order this. Juan's queso is not a typical queso dish. First, it's real cheese and it comes with a black bean puree, salsa verde, and avocado thinly sliced on top. We loved it, especially my wife. If you're in search of a higher end dining experience in OKC, Cheever's is a must.

I came here with a large group of about 8 of us with a reservation made early on. We were seated in a nice, private room and had an overall very lovely experience! First of all, our server Trey was just spot on with all of his recommendations. He recommended the crab cakes, the halibut, and anything that came with the spicy shrimp risotto. Our table got crab cakes to start, and this was probably my favorite dish of the evening! The crab cake was large, fluffy, and full of lump crab topped with a spicy and delicious salsa verde and pico. For the entree I ordered the halibut which was cooked well, but the side of spicy shrimp risotto definitely stole the show (as Trey accurately predicted). Most of our party ordered this and everyone was pretty happy with it! For dessert, our table shared chocolate cake and the coconut creme pie. The chocolate cake was very rich and was probably one of the best chocolate cakes I've had, and I'm not a big chocolate cake person. I still definitely preferred the coconut creme pie, which I would order again next time! Our service was fantastic for the evening, and when Trey tells you to order something, trust him and do it!

We tried their version of a salmon sushi roll, it wasn't bad. Rice was fried. Our steaks were so flavorful and tender! We decided to try the onion rings and green chili cream corn as our sides. I wished the corn was a little sweet. Onion rings were good but not the best I've had. Old fashioned cocktail was on point though! They delivered an anniversary multi-layered red velvet cake. Pretty tasty. I would definitely return and order the same steaks just with different sides.
