When I met with Dr. Thomas, he was warm, friendly, and assured me that he would do an amazing job and he did just that! My results were excellent and I haven't had an issue with my right knee since. I recently visited Dr. Thomas for pain I was experiencing in my left knee and he gave me a thorough examination and prescribed an MRI. I have comfort in knowing that I am in the best hands possible, and whatever the MRI results are, I am confident that Dr. Walter will have me back on track in no time! He's very thorough and knows what he is doing! I trust him and his ability to repair any damages. He is also very conservative, in that he will not force you to put unnecessary pressure on your injury that may damage the work he's done to repair area surgery was performed on. Dr. Thomas is one of the most compassionate doctors that I know and he is excellent at explaining any and everything you could ask...one of the main reasons I will choose him always if I need an orthopedic surgeon. His office is about 40 - 50 minutes away from where I live depending on traffic, but I would drive 2-hours in distance just to have him treat me, that's how good he and his team are!

I cant recommend Dr Rana and the support staff highly enough. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of by caring professionals. The surgery went smoothly and after about 2 hours in recovery I was on my way home. Dr. Rana and his team were very efficient and thorough with timely pre-op information, as well as explainations of what to expect with the surgery and the recovery. He is both a highly skilled surgeon, and a caring human being. I have little to no pain after 8 weeks and my mobility is very good; walking, climbing stairs, traversing irregular terrain, beach sand, and working around my property. I am back to playing pickleball a few times a week without any soreness or swelling, although I will admit I am playing a bit more conservatively for a while to be sure I do no damage to his fine work! The front desk is the first point of contact for patients and families, and the way people are spoken to matters. You do not own the office, and treating people with kindness and respect is a basic part of working in a healthcare environment. What makes it even more disappointing is seeing the tone of some of the responses to reviews on this page. They certainly do not give the impression of a warm, patient-centered medical practice. People coming into a doctor's office may already be stressed, nervous, in pain, or dealing with difficult circumstances. A little empathy and professionalism at the front desk goes a long way.

Before going into my robotic total knee replacement, I had heard plenty of stories about how grueling and difficult knee recovery can be. While I know everyone's experience is different, my recovery has been remarkably smooth. Whether I was just incredibly fortunate or benefited from choosing the right surgeon and technique, my results exceeded my expectations. The Surgery Experience The procedure was performed as an outpatient surgery at a brand-new surgical center. From start to finish, the entire process was quick, seamless, and easy. The nursing and support staff were outstanding--friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful in keeping me comfortable and informed. Dr. Rana's surgical precision was evident right away: the incision was extremely neat, and as it continues to heal, there is almost no visible scar left. Recovery & Outcome My post-surgery pain was minimal and lasted for only a very limited window. I had great range of motion straight out of surgery, was ditching the cane and walking on my own within a week and have been hitting recovery milestones well ahead of standard timelines ever since. Recommendation During my rehabilitation, I mentioned Dr. Rana to my physical therapy team, and they told me that they always see great outcomes and rapid progress from his patients. In hindsight, although I of course did my own research, I probably should have consulted a PT before choosing my surgeon!
