My mom was able to finally find her dream reptile, an iguana, at a good price and young so she could train it from young! She is thrilled and in love! I waited to write a review because this is the first reptile she is raising on her own without my assistance and I was worried she would not do well, but workers at Custom Creatures were very FRIENDLY and PATIENT with us as we went back and forth of whether she should get it or not, giving her some facts and tips, and they were busy too. My sister also found her dream pet here at Custom Creatures, ferrets! They were already fixed and they love playing with my sister SO much! I found my dream pets there as well-sugar gliders-however I am not in a place to give the care to them that they deserve so I did not leave with them. I went back a couple weeks later and the sugar gliders had found a home, I hope it is a great home and their forever home too! I think Custom Creatures is doing great with the space they have for how many animals they have and are trying to find homes for. Yes the tanks you see are not what many of this creatures should be housed in as adults or in for their forever homes.... People have to remember that Custom Creatures is NOT PetSmart. Custom Creatures is not getting shipments of animals every week and just disposing of animals that do not sell or blatantly neglecting some. But Custom Creatures is also not a forever home for many animals. They are simply trying to be a place with healthy animals that is convenient for people. With that in mind, you are not going to find dirt-cheap animals here like you would at pet stores who are focused more on quantity. I love stopping in at the very least to see the creatures, hold one or two, and grab some AWESOME hornworms or treats for my reptiles at home.

Holly is very patient with our little guy Nikki, and is very good at doing what we ask her to do. We recommend her 110% ....Holly gets 10 stars from us. This place has everything you could ever need for your pets! They even let you handle potential…read morepets. My husband and I have three Pus, one Pomeranian, two tuxedo cats and one orange cat. We only feed them Fromm (dogs), Wellness (cats). We use pill pockets for meds and Naturpet or Nutri-Vet. The prices are reasonable and they always have the stock we need. I love their staff! The folks who work there are compassionate and intuitive to the needs of their customers. Great place!
