This place was cute. We stopped in here yesterday while in the River Place Shops since my boyfriend…read morehas two cats. They have a large selection of dog and cat toys, he ended up buying two small toys for his cats. If this was any indication, the toys will be popular with them - we dropped off all our Frankenmuth stuff then went out to get dinner, and when we came back apparently one of the cats had jumped onto the counter to get it, drooled all over it, and left it on the floor, lol. I forget if the toy had catnip in it or not (betting yes due to this). Overall worth stopping by here if you have pets.

She also found a toy she liked as we walked through the store and I bought myself a bone shaped magnet with her name on it to put up on our door. The shop is very cute inside and out and there is lots to look at. We met plenty of other pups while we were inside and there is a sign that says when you shop online $1 from every sale will be located to a local pet charity. I love that. This is a cute shop, definitely worth checking out if you are an animal lover in the area and even if you're not, you can shop online knowing some of the proceeds are going towards a great cause.

Interesting and quaint little shop in Frankenmuth that sells a wide variety of aviary products…read more(specifically bird houses constructed with Lake Superior rocks). Some of the houses were fashioned in the shape of lighthouses, regular houses, etc. with some that have integrated solar lighting. Cost is a bit more expensive and commensurate with a tourist trap like Frankenmuth. We looked around and left. Signs posted for no pictures while in store. I get why not...but boo anyways.

My grandfather went to this store when it started up and sang it's praises…read more I went to this store last week and was disgusted. It smells, the animals are kept in terrible condition, the employees are rude and don't seem to know very much about the animals which could be excused if they could at least be somewhat polite about it... or keep the store clean... I understand the smaller stores have trouble competing against the larger ones but it seems like this one has completely given up. I'll take my business to PetSmart gladly. Sorry Frank, your store got ruined.

I can only comment on Magoo's nice selection of dog related items such has collars, harnesses, toys, and treats. The items offered are good quality for a fair price, it's possible to buy cheaper stuff at other places however the items will be much poorer quality. Magoo's prices are competitive with online stores but, a person can take their dog to the store to see how collar, harnesses, and clothing will fit on their pet. Plus examine the items they're interested in. Personally I cringe at putting clothes on Franz the Legacy Dog to due to him being a Kleinspitz (Little Spitz) AKA (also known as) an oversized Pomeranian. It seems the colder and nastier weather the more he demands to go outside to jump into snowdrifts.
