Their vacuum brush was actually pretty decent and cleaning our Husky was the fastest I've ever cleaned her. I started taking her to Pet Smart but they don't do a good job. The reason your big box store guarantees them is because they buy in bulk at way lower prices. And people aren't that smart with fish. They think throwing them in a bowl is fine. Heck I've witness a lady buy a clown fish (saltwater) and then put it in water with table salt, wondering why her fish died. Come on, get smarter people.

Small animals are NOT taken care of properly. 8 weeks ago I…read morecame and looked at a sickly chinchilla. I hoped that it would be better-taken care of. I came back today, and I'm sad to say that it's worse than before. I have done a lot of research on chinchillas. I have my own named bennie. They need to do the following: *Give plenty of toys *ideally a bigger home (this is wayyyyyy too small) *proper pellets NO NUTS OR ADD-INS. (oxbow is a good brand and I've seen it in the store) *nonplastic hide (this can cause impaction, potentially killing them) *Proper bedding (kiln dried or aspen is great! NO PAPER!!! Paper also causes impaction and also causes death) *fresh hay. Only timothy. The staff needs to be informed on how to take care of the animals. this is cruel!

She also found a toy she liked as we walked through the store and I bought myself a bone shaped magnet with her name on it to put up on our door. The shop is very cute inside and out and there is lots to look at. We met plenty of other pups while we were inside and there is a sign that says when you shop online $1 from every sale will be located to a local pet charity. I love that. This is a cute shop, definitely worth checking out if you are an animal lover in the area and even if you're not, you can shop online knowing some of the proceeds are going towards a great cause.
