I ordered service from this company on 7/1/22. I paid 339.00 for the equipment. Which included the first month fees which were $99.00.
I received the Equipment and never could get it to work. I tried getting help.IF I WAS LUCKY, I maybe would get a call here or there.Then I was told we will call you back, when they couldn't get their service to work. Days would pass, no help, no working internet. It was horrible trying to get help to get their internet to work. Not to MENTION to get a number that' worked more than one day. Just because it worked once would not mean it would work the next day. So i would message them thru their app. Which they would tell me to be patient.
After about 10 days of this i sent the equipment back thru register mail.
They received their equipment on a Tuesday. I didn't get my refund until 9 days later and blowing up their phones on the day I received my refund. I got $240.00 out of $339.00. They charged me $99.00 for what. Their service that never worked for one second for me. I was charged a month fees for internet i never received.
I was told i had 14 days to experience their internet, when I ordered their service. If for any reason i didn't like their internet service, i could and would get a full refund in the first 14 days of having their service. I never received their service. It never worked for me.Needless to say this was a lie. This has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend this business to anyone. IT has been a horrible experience.
