Never heard from them since! And all over less than $25, what a shame. Crooks.

When I got home, Windows was still on my old 1TB drive. The new 2TB SSD was just showing up as extra storage. I had to drive back, and they charged me another $145 to finally move Windows to the new drive -- for a total of $217.50. For comparison, another local shop quoted me $100 for the exact same job. When I questioned the price, the supervisor told me "my 12-year-old could install Windows on this computer," which really shows how overpriced the service was. When I picked up the laptop, the technician (Davis) said to me "I hope you don't feel swindled." That says everything. The work is finally done, but I feel significantly overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Would not recommend.

In November, 2013 (yes, it's taken me this long to getting around to writing a review ), I hauled…read moremy desktop computer into Computer Solutions after getting disturbing error messages about hard disk errors that Windows was unable to repair; this was following a period of a month or so where the computer seemed to be going slower, and slower, and s-l-o-w-e-r. Long story short, the guys at Computer Solutions had my computer for two full days and after doing a full diagnostic on it and determining that the 3TB solid state drive was having electrical surge issues and was not repairable, they carefully extracted all of my photos / documents / etc. from both the 3TB drive and the second 100+GB drive (I can't remember exactly how big it was). I was one happy camper! No lost data! New computer (crossed over to a new iMac this time), but no data loss. What a relief. I found the price they charged me to be very reasonable, they were very professional, and I would certainly go back there again. My sense was that they were as concerned as I about what it was going to cost me, and they were very up-front about everything they did/ planned to do and what the cost would be.

After about 10 days of this i sent the equipment back thru register mail. They received their equipment on a Tuesday. I didn't get my refund until 9 days later and blowing up their phones on the day I received my refund. I got $240.00 out of $339.00. They charged me $99.00 for what. Their service that never worked for one second for me. I was charged a month fees for internet i never received. I was told i had 14 days to experience their internet, when I ordered their service. If for any reason i didn't like their internet service, i could and would get a full refund in the first 14 days of having their service. I never received their service. It never worked for me.Needless to say this was a lie. This has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend this business to anyone. IT has been a horrible experience. I got charged $99.00 for nothing.

After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.
