In fact, I think it's safe to say they are now completely obsessed with Rhett. It means so much to us to know they were not just being well cared for, but were getting so much genuine affection and attention while we were gone. Being away from the pups can always make us a little anxious, and Rhett's updates continually reassured us that they were happy, comfortable and in great hands. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our time away because of him. They were especially incredible during his surgeries and recovery, helping us think through safe care options, checking in on him, and always prioritizing what was best for Wiley rather than just what services they could provide. They have made introductions, recommended trainers and other trusted professionals, and even offered to reinforce whatever training routines we were working on so that everyone in our dog's life could be consistent. It was really special having our best friends at the wedding, and Sonia made sure that we did not have to worry about them at all so we could just enjoy the weekend. It's not easy to wrangle 170 pounds combined especially when there's a lot of human food around on tables, dropped morsels on the ground, kids running around, and a ton of special people the dogs get excited to see; but Sonia's calm, cool, collected nature transferred to the pups and they were relaxed and well taken care of and had a great time. Sam & Oliver had a very special connection. Before Oliver passed Sam & Sofia came over and spent an hour with him giving him all the snuggles. Fast forward and we got a new puppy Rigby (1) who Sam has been training since day one. Rigby is the best on leash dog walker we have ever owned. He never pulls or barks at other dogs it's incredible what Sam has been able to do with him. We also do weekly training with Sam and Rigby has made huge improvements. Lastly my old lady Ellie (13) has the biggest love connection with Sofia. She brightens up the second she sees her. She is older and can't walk as often and I appreciate that Sam always offers her a walk but goes off her queues. I must also mention they are the most thoughtful humans. Never is there a holiday missed with these 2! From Halloween toys to Christmas ornaments or valentines sweets the dogs are spoiled by Sam and Sofia. I hired the valley pet sitters to come for an extra day and came home a day later thinking my cats had at least clean glasses of water and extended my trip. I also left a handwritten note by the glasses of Water saying please do two fresh glasses each time of fridge water. When I got home, there was only two glasses used and both were full of slimy bacteria filled water because they were not cleaned or changed out for over a week. I would not have stayed an extra day if I ever thought for a second the note wouldn't have been read or the notes online that say use two fresh glasses that are in a pile of fresh clean glasses right by the fridge. even if I did not leave the note, why would anyone ever think cats would drink slimy bacteria infested water they would choose toilet water over a dirty bowl of water. You should always change the dry food bowls before we're feeling and the dishes of water rinsing is not even good enough, but everyone that knows Cats knows this. You're a bad caretaker for cats. If you give them water in any dirty dish, that's disgusting and rude.

We…read moreusually leave our pets with family and friends when we leave town and didn't know what to expect leaving our puppy with someone we'd never met, but as soon as we walked in and met Laura, all of our worries instantly vanished. The obvious warmth, kindness and adoration for pets was so reassuring, it felt like we were leaving Page with family. Throughout the next 4 days and 3 nights Laura was great about updating us and sending us pictures, and it was clear Page was feeling like she was on vacation too. She even kept up with the commands we've been teaching Page! When we picked her up it was like we never left. Healthy, happy, hyper Page. Believe the reviews!! We would give 10 STARS if we could.
