I just used this Company for the first time over Christmas week. I couldn't be more pleased! The owner, Mia, is very nice and competent. From my first communication with her, to the in-person evaluation to the actual pet sitting and all expectations were exceeded. This was the first time I had to use a professional service in many years, and I was nervous. I felt very confident after meeting with Mia. THEN, Danielle made her first visit. After the visit, she sent me a report and photos showing that my cat, Baz, was just fine. I returned home and Baz was so much more relaxed compared to my last week-long trip. I know that was the result of the time and care that Danielle gave him while I was gone. I enjoyed my trip so much more know that Baz was so well taken care of. I highly recommend this service. read more

Danielle arrived exactly within the timeframe requested and was off on a brisk walk with my Sami. I know it was brisk and effective because when they returned he went straight to his water bowl lol! I'm happy he's getting a little extra exercise. I'll be using Sitter4Paws again. read more

Mia and her team go above and beyond to make sure that my dogs and cats are cared for. Mia, Caitlyn, Summer, Elana, and Erika have been taking care of my animals for over two years now. Not only do they send me a thoughtful and detailed message after each appointment to let me know how my animals are doing, they also send me pictures of all my pets after every visit! Sitter4Paws - Dog Walkers Near Me

We love Mia (owner of Encino location), Heather and Sitter 4 Paws! They took a big weight full of worry off of our shoulders when we recently traveled. They took amazing care of our two beloved kitties and our new house. Right before we moved into our new house, we had a horrible experience with a "sitter" who supposedly loved cats and knew alot about them. We came home to cat litter all over the bathroom floor (he must have thought the entire bathroom was the litter box), cat food all over the kitchen floor (did he think that anywhere in the kitchen was the general cat feeding area??), puke on our carpet and the worst part was one of our beloved kitties had a limp for a while. Can you imagine the guilt and anger we felt? I should have paid attention to the signs of a weirdo! Have you ever seen the movie 'Office Space'? Remember the guy who mumbled and was obsessed with his red stapler? That guy! Never again will I be a softie just because someone says they love something; without extensive experience, it certainly doesn't mean they are capable of taking care of that said loved thing. After doing extensive research, I found the happy reviews for Sitter 4 Paws-Encino and from the start they showed genuine care and professionalism. Mia was responsive and came to do an assessment and made it really easy from there. She was transparent in pricing, they have an app so we can keep in constant contact and receive daily reports with pictures but most of all our cats really felt at ease with both her and Heather. If you're familiar with cats they don't trust easily or quickly. Cats are suspicious AF! I got to fully enjoy my birthday weekend in New Orleans in epic Mardi Gras style as we were receiving twice daily reports and pictures of the wellbeing of our kitties as well as the security of our home. They also do some housesitting duties. And only once did the alarm go off accidentally and we got a notification from both our home security system and Sitter 4 Paws which helped us resolve it quickly and our cats still get the TLC for the day and me going back to drinking my Hurricanes (a.k.a.Slurrrricanes). We came home to happy, relaxed kitties and a clean home with positive, loving energy left by stellar pet/house sitting professionals who genuinely care. We're so seriously grateful to know that we can count on heaven-sent Sitter 4 Paws when we have to go out of town. read more

Sitter4Paws-Encino has done a fantastic job again with my fur babies. Thank you so much Danielle, Scott, Brooke and Erika. After 9 days away from them, I came home to 2 happy pups and 1 chattering cat. Definitely my go to pet sitter for the past 3 years. read more

We've been using Sitter4Paws in Encino for just over a year (since we moved to our new home in Reseda) and they have been WONDERFUL. Before our first visit, Mia took the time to come meet with us and our pets - she's been so friendly and consistent ever since! Her staff (we've been visited by Caitlyn, Summer, Erika, Bryanne, and Malissa) are all great - they leave detailed messages with pictures about how their visit goes; it's such a comfort when travelling to have these check-ins. You can tell they love animals and take great care of our babies - in addition to feeding them, they play and make sure everything is clean. The photos sent via the portal with each visit give me a window into how much our cats love them. If we hadn't found Mia and her team I don't know what we would have done over the past year...the rates are incredibly reasonable based on the level of care I feel we receive. I can't say enough positive things about Sitter4Paws in Encino - they're literally the reason we're able to go anywhere and we're so grateful! read more

The sitter4paws team is absolutely fantastic! They take such great care of our pets when we are away. Super professional and reliable. We are particularly comforted to read the detailed daily updates with pictures that are provided. I highly recommend Mia and her team of professional pet sitters. A special callout to Danielle. We will be requesting her again. read more

I have 3 dogs and I have been using Sitter4Paws regularly for almost two years. Mia is the owner and primary dog walker and she does a great job. My dogs and I love her and her employee Rae. These ladies are the real deal. They know and love dogs and follow all instructions to the letter. They send daily reports with photos. In the report they mention the basics but also any unusual behaviors or concerns. They're also good at following special notes and instructions. They cram more into a half hour visit than I thought possible. The website is easy to navigate and the confirmations on the bookings are quick. They only charge $5 for late bookings and cancellations - which at their great base price is more than reasonable. On occasion I have booked them last minute and they have always come through. I would recommend Sitter4Paws to anyone who leaves their dogs alone for more than six hours a day. The love and care they receive mid day lasts them until you get home and, believe me, they know the difference. Thanks Mia!! read more

My pups totally love Mia and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Usually, I'm super worried when I leave for a trip and have to leave my babies at home, but when I left my pups this past weekend Mia did such a great job on taking care of them and sending me daily updates with photos on how they are doing. The price for visitation is very reasonable and Sitter4Paws makes having to leave the pups at home stress free. 5 stars all the way. read more

Mia and her team of dog walkers are amazing. I had elderly pups and they made them feel safe and loved every time they came to see them. As they aged Mia and her team adjusted how they treated my loves - from long happy walks to just loves, pets and treats in the back yard. My favorite part of using Sitter4Paws was the email that came after every visit with pics of my happy pups being loved on. I have zero hesitation recommending Sitter4Paws- even if you have to go away over night. This team has you covered with multiple visits a day to make sure your pet is safe, watered and fed. They even take care of bringing in mail and will give your pets meds if needed. My new pup will meet the team once we start traveling again. 15 out of 10 stars! read more

Sitter4Paws is the absolute best - we live in Encino and have had such great care and love from Caitlyn and Summer with our babies. We have 3 high spirited dogs and one has recently gone blind. We were so nervous to leave her alone and the ladies did such an outstanding job with all of them. We are so grateful and will continue to use this amazing service. They also help with lights, mail and other general household things while we are out of town. We feel so at ease with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

We couldn't be happier with Sitter4Paws when we need care for our Daisy. She's a sensitive girl and Caitlyn and Mia know how to be gentle with her. We love getting the email and photo updates and we completely trust them with our pooch and in our home. Daisy gives them a two paws up! read more

I am so happy that I found these guys!! Seriously, they come to the rescue in a pinch. Mia and the crew take amazing care of the dogs and the prices are super reasonable! They have cared for my pets here and there for a few years now. I love the service they provide because I can contact them last minute with a request and am accommodated quickly. I have used them when I've gone out of town for a couple days as well as when I need them to pop over and let the dogs out for a potty break (so convienient). You know when you have those days you can't make it home in time to let them out, but don't want any extra hassles of figuring out what to do about the dogs. They make this such a easy and affordable process (super dope). They send lots of pictures of the dogs - which is amazing to see your pets happy face when you're not there. They also administer meds if needed (yay)! I am EXTREMELY cautious of who has access to my fur babies and my home. I feel very confident that all is in good hands with the folks at Sitter For Paws. I can't say it enough - Many thanks, I am so grateful to have found you, a safe and reliable situation to leave my precious pets. read more

I've been using Sitter4Paws with Mia for over 2 years now and she has always been a reliable and caring friend to my pup - and he's high maintenance! She puts up with all of his quirks and then some and always leaves a reassuring report with photos and updates via email. She relocks my place securely when she's done and has always replied quickly to my scheduling requests. She treats my dog with so much love and I recommend her to anyone! read more

Whenever my wife and I go away on vacation we have peace of mind knowing that Shelley, our Australian Cattle Dog, is receiving the best care in the world from sitters who are conscientious, dependable, loving and follow directions. After each visit, based on the photographs that they email to us immediately thereafter, it appears that Shelley is having the best time of her life whether she is at home or on a walk. The smile on her face tells the story. I really believe she looks forward to us going away because of all of the extra attention she will receive when we are gone. If you want to return home to a happy pet, I highly recommend Sitter4Paws in Encino. read more

We love, love, LOVE Mia and her team, and Zuma and Ruby do, too. My dogs are not the easiest of all pups in the world (even though they are the BEST), and when I needed to find someone who could handle my sensitive and strong Dobermans with kindness and confidence, Mia was a perfect fit for our family. Mia is solid, professional and super easy to communicate with while we're away. Even when we've had some glitches on our end, Mia has proven to be reliable and makes our lives easier. The way the business runs is streamlined and efficient. I love the new app! Most importantly: my dogs are happy and excited to see her and anyone from her team who gets to come play with them. I know they are safe and loved in her care. read more

I met with Mia hoping to use their service for my cat when I go on vacation in the future. She's very nice and professional, taking notes and asking all the details regarding the pet and what we are looking to be done by them. Their site was really easy to use as well. The only reason me personally might not use them and didn't give them a 5 star is because you'll have to get a key box like those ones realtor use. I understand why they don't take the key with them(so whoever has the key can't duplicate it?) but I just don't really trust those lockbox right outside my place with the key to go in my house for days/weeks. I have friends use their service and they said it's good. Price is really reasonable too! read more

I've always boarded my 3 lovely dogs when I've gone out of town, but it can be very expensive and so stressful for my pups that I decided to look for a pet sitting service online. I found Sitter4Paws on Yelp and was so excited by all the awesome reviews, so I gave them a call. their field manager came to the house and met the pups, and wrote down all the sitting instructions Then thru their portal I got message updates with pictures after each visit. My babies looked happy! I will definitely be calling them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable pet sitting service that loves your furry babies as much as you do! read more

I cannot begin to tell you what a relief it has been to have such a reliable, caring staff to take care of our two dogs. We have had our older dog for almost 10 years now, and she is completely used to being home alone and going in and out of the house as she pleases. But, just before Christmas we decided to get a puppy (yes we're crazy). My husband and my work schedules can be somewhat unpredictable and we can work long hours and we were so nervous about leaving the puppy alone for too long. Enter Mia and her staff. They come twice a day and not only do they provide a routine for our pups, but they really do care about them. Mia has gone above and beyond for us and I couldn't recommend her more. Also, I LOVE getting the email updates and pics after each visit so I can see what our pups have been up to. read more

Mia and her team are AMAZING! Mia started watching our pups about a year and a half ago when we got a new puppy. We had never used a dog walker before, and she instantly made us feel at ease about leaving our dogs in her care and giving her access to our home. She's professional, extremely attentive to details, goes above and beyond to accommodate the specific needs of your pets, and is always flexible with last minute changes. Her and her team have won over our roommate's intimidatingly grumpy american bulldog (no easy feat). She helped our senior dog through some very demanding health issues with no complaints and genuine compassion. She was patient with our new puppy when she was still potty-training and learning her manners. I really can't say enough positive things about Mia, and her team operates at the same high level. They send a daily update after their walk with photos, a quick rundown on the visit, and anything else they think is notable about the pups' behavior. I HIGHLY recommend Mia and the Sitter4Paws team to anyone looking for some extra help with their pets. Your pups will be in great hands. read more

I became a new puppy owner right before Fourth of July, had plans for Vegas get away however no plans for new puppy. Where ever I looked into I could not get a sitter or boarder since my puppy was barely two months old. So I looked into google search and found Sitter4Paws, everyone had 5 star ratings, great reviews and so much more. I cannot begin to say how many things I love about Sitter4Paws: 1)no dog is locked up in a kennel 2)all dogs are free to play around 3)have human interaction 4) my puppy had illness, and my sitter picked up the medication and even gave her medication while I was away (THANK YOU MIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I know that whenever I take my Husky Vera to Sitter4Paws I know that my dog is safe, happy and loved most of all, will always be a loyal client to Sitter4Paws. read more

I rarely leave reviews here on yelp, but I felt compelled to leave one for Mia at Sitter4paws because she's truly deserving of it. This was the first time my wife and I have ever used a pet sitting service for our 20-year-old kitty. In the past, if we were going out of town, we'd drop him off at my parent's place. We didn't have that option this time, so we did a quick search on yelp and are so thankful we found Mia. She not only lives up to what others have said about her service, but in our experience, she went way beyond the call of duty to ensure that our Milo was cared for and happy while we were away.... and the progress updates and photos Mia sent us were the icing on the cake! If you're reading thru these reviews like I did and are looking for a professional and compassionate pet sitter that you can trust to care for your precious fur babies, call Mia for a consult. You won't be disappointed. read more

I've used Sitter4Paws for almost a year now and I could not recommend them enough! I used them in them in their SGV location and now that I moved I used their SFV one. They are totally professional, reliable, and super friendly. Our walkers, Danielle and Trina, are so friendly and sweet with our dogs - we think our pups might like them better than us now! And best of all are the personalized emails they sends about each walk (with photos!) so we know how our dogs are doing while we are at work. read more

Nice, cordial, sent pictures of pets and on time. Definitely going to use them again.

Whenever Teddy gets his walk, I get a message from the dog walker with pictures of him and a note about how his visit went. I especially love Grace's notes because it seems like she really cares about my dog, and describes his personality perfectly in her notes. She tells how she gave him belly rubs and how likes to sniff everything. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby! Very happy with the service. The coordinator over there (Keenan) is also VERY FAST to respond anytime we need to make changes or cancellations. I would really recommend this company. read more

Sitter4Paws has been an absolute LIFESAVER! Mia and her team are the BEST. We recently moved to the area and needed a dogwalker as my husband and I both work about 20 miles away from home. I was nervous at first about the idea of having someone we didn't know come into the house and take our pit who is super people-friendly but very dog-aggressive. From the first meeting with Mia, I knew right away that it was a good choice. She's absolutely wonderful and understood all my concerns, having a dog with similar issues of her own! The walkers are awesome about following any instructions you have and sending photos and updates after the walk. It makes my day to see my dog so happy and taken care of and removes all of my guilt about not being able to get home myself to take her. Not to mention that their prices are awesome! I am so so happy that we found Sitter4Paws and highly recommend them to everyone!! read more

When I first started looking for a dog walker, I was very hesitant as i had never had one before and was nervous that my dog wouldn't like the walker or that who ever I hired would say they walked her but really didn't. I have a female black lab who barks at anyone who knocks on the door and comes in if she doesn't know them and when Mia first came over for the consultation visit, my dog didn't make a sound! she ran over to Mia like they were already the best of friends. Mia has been walking Bella for over 2 years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I love getting updates after the walk with pictures from their adventures that day. It always brings a smile to my face. And I especially love that Bella gets worked hard so she isn't so hyper when i come home. Sitter4Paws was great service and prices. Highly Recommended! read more
