When I spoke with Daulet he assured me about everything . The price was right so I went to check his shop. His shop nice, clean, secured and I saw 3 nice cars being wrapped. Daulet took the time to help me with the color choices. Finally I decided and called him from home on what color and when to drop my car. They worked on my car for 4 days and during this times I texted Daulet regarding progress of the work and he sent me updated pictures on where he is with the wrap. I went to visit on the third day and he let me go near my car so I can inspect everything and also the wrapping. Finally he finished the wrapping as he promised (4days). I am so glad I came to this shop. As you can see I was skeptical at first as my car is a little bit on the high end but Daulet treated my car like his own car. Let me tell you about DAULETON and his beautiful Mother! They are two of the most kindhearted individuals; so warm-hearted and genuine. I was searching online for a place to get my car wrapped and came across Magic Wrapz. I read the reviews (which are amazing) and decided to drive over and give it a shot. These guys were amazing! They able to remove years of oxidation from living close to the beach, which I didn't even think was possible. Not only that, but they come straight to your door, so no need to wait or drop your car off. Considering the buffing of both bumpers (6hrs+) plus detailing (3hrs+) would have been a whole days worth, it's an even bigger plus that I didn't have to leave my house. If you value how your car looks do not go here. I have paid a lot more for ppf and less for ppf done with tint and ceramic, and this is by far the worst place. I got a full ppf done and I should have went with my gut and left when we first met and he tried to charge me more to do my bumper that he wanted to say wasn't part of the bumper. If I could take it back I would definitely go with another place even at a higher cost. This place does not care about your car or about giving you back high quality work. They just want to turn through as many cars as quickly as possible. When I first picked up my car the car looked like it had been through a dust storm and it had water spots from tint install. It was just generally filthy looking, even though I gave it to them clean, and for some reason they were OK with that. I HAVE NEVER received a car back after ppf and ceramic that was dirty. I had to go home and wash it and receramic it myself. He tried to argue with me for why it was dirty, and used the excuse they do the work with the door open and the business next door is dusty. That is a terrible reason and proves they do not care about the product they are putting out. I pointed out all the bubbles, and he said they will go away. They never go away, but there is a follow-up appointment to address it, which is normal. This place had the most bubbles and biggest bubbles I have ever seen. After the follow-up appointment, there are still air bubbles and I received the car back dirty again. I shouldn't even have wasted my time and gas going back for the second appointment. There are dust bubbles in the ppf and in the tint because they do not care about a clean work environment. Think of a phone screen protector with a dust bubble except on something you paid 200x the price for. They don't care about cleaning the car after their work, and I would not be surprised if they do no real prep ahead of time. There are stretch marks in the ppf. I would be shocked if the tint lasted 5 years without bubbling or needing replacement. In my opinion this is slightly above a high-school level of doing it in your own garage. *** in response to below You did a terrible job. Being certified just shows you paid for a class not that you are good. There is dust under the ppf and in the tint caused by your work area. The stretch marks are caused by improper heating or stretching. Like I told you this is not my first time with ppf you by far left the most and biggest bubbles, and dust spots under the ppf. You did not get rid of all the air bubbles even after the second go around showing you do not look over your work properly. You should never give a car back dirty. And it wasn't a little dusty it was filthy covered in saw dust and water spots. And thr ONLY reason you offered a quick wash was because you saw i was angry at the condition younwere giving it back in and you waited until i was going to leave. I told you then that you had all day to wash it, if you cared it would have been done. It has been 2 weeks since i picked it up afyer the second touch up and I finally looked over the ppf and still giant bubbles. You got 1* for the quality of work and attitude. The fact you think giving a car back dirtier than you received it in a car service industry is OK shows you do not care about the customer cars. You are right, I should have went with the places I knew did good work, and made the extra drive, I myself said as much in my review. I should have paid a little more and had a good job done. And I don't leave reviews for everyone just those who deserve it. I was actually just going to ignore giving you a review like I normally do, but walking around the car since this is the first time I drove it in 2 weeks I saw giant bubbles. Maybe 1 day I will stop by in my other car and show you what a good job looks like. read more
