She has a unique and healing technique that truly brought relaxation and relief to my body and soul. The room was very comfortable, and the flannel sheets she uses on her massage table are so soft. It's a convenient drive from my downtown Raleigh apartment home. I had been walking to my former massage therapist, but the environment was not quiet for massage, so I had to make a change. I am blessed that the Universe led me to Lotus Temple Massage. Their entire team seems quite gifted, so I think anyone you choose will be healing.

I usually avoid chain massage spots, but I gave The NOW a try a few months ago and got so lucky finding Ally. Now I see her every two weeks and won't go to anyone else. What makes her so special is how seamlessly she mixes real anatomical knowledge with advanced tools like cupping and genuine intuition. Her hands are amazingly strong, but she tailors her pressure perfectly depending on what specific area needs work. Her energy work also sets her apart from other therapists. She has this incredible ability to connect and tune into where you're holding stress, weaving energy techniques into the physical work so naturally. When I get off the table, I feel like I've left all the heavy, harmful tension behind. Since seeing Ally, my daily pain levels have dropped significantly, my flexibility is way better, and I just function so much better every day. I hope she never leaves wake forest (but I'd probably follow her anywhere)!

When I arrived for my appointment she immediately talked me through the process and began to heat up my yoni seat. The entire experience was amazing. It was very quiet, and relaxing. I especially liked this place because the height of the seats weren't super low like the place I went through before. The steam was just the right temperature and felt amazing. Rooms at Sheer Heavenly Essentials are separated unlike some places that have more than one person in a room which I absolutely loved. In addition to the steams, you can also purchase Yoni Tea, Pearls, and soaps. I purchased a tea, I plan to use it as a facial steam. I definitely plan to go back soon!

You can tell they really put a lot of thought into their interior design. Not something you always see! The only thing I wasn't expecting was the massage room I'd basically one huge room with different cabana esq tents set up for each client. Since you don't have your own room your masseuse has to really whisper and you can hear when other clients next to you are arriving or departing. It wasn't bad, just different. They do have wave music playing to try and drown out any noise. My massage was great and my masseuse did a wonderful job. The prices were reasonable and I could see the membership being a solid deal if you wanted to visit monthly.
