And he gave a great assessment beforehand and clearly explained what he'd be doing in the detail package I got. Judging from my "before" picture, it's pretty obvious that my car interior was not in good shape - tons of dog hair, dirt/wood from a camping trip, sand from the beach, etc. And judging from the "after" picture, these guys clearly know what they're doing. Not a single strand of hair or piece of dirt existed on the interior once they were done. And the hard surfaces had an amazing shine. Not to mention, smelled fantastic! As far as the exterior, I've never seen my car in better shape. A&J was even able to buff out some scratches that I've never had luck with myself. Even the hubcaps looked brand new. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the end of the day, which is miles faster than the timeframe other detailers gave me. I visited this shop for cleaning and detail work a few times, and they always did a great job. This…read moremade me think I could trust them to tint my front windows. Big mistake. After they first tinted my windows, they seemed fine, but the next day, I noticed a few things wrong. They didn't install the tint to cover the edges of the windows (see photos). This left a part of the window not tinted. I also noticed large clusters of bubbles (not water bubbles) from dirt and contamination, which meant the windows weren't properly cleaned before the tints were applied. I returned to the shop and pointed out these issues. They told me that it wasn't covered under warranty and offered to re-do the tints at half price. I was disappointed because why should I pay them again to fix their mistakes? It seemed unethical. I spoke with the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he'd talk to his installer and call me back with a resolution, but I never heard from him. I won't be returning to this business. Anyone looking to get tints should look elsewhere. I ended up paying another tint shop to completely re-do the work done here. It's a shame because I was happy with their car washing and detailing services, but the tints ruined it for me.

My car looks like I got it off of the lot. $40 for a small suv may seem like a lot. But when you think about it. There's 3 guys focusing on your car. (Rather than a normal car wash where you are a number then on to the next. Where the highest cost package is over $30) They worked on it for about an hour. They washed. Dried. Washed my mats. Cleaned my interior. Wax. Shined my wheels and vacuumed. On top of that there's the convenience of them coming to you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

First visit: The car came back with oily mats that were dangerously slippery, the vacuuming was incomplete, and visible water stains and marks on the visors were left behind. It was clear the job was rushed and poorly done. When my husband called to address the issues, the staff promised to fix everything if we brought the car back. So we gave them a second chance. Second visit: My husband dropped the car off at 9 AM and was told he'd receive a call when it was ready. No one ever called. At 5 PM, he walked over only to find someone lounging on the couch who casually said the car was ready. After inspecting it, it was clear nothing had been done. The staff claimed they were only supposed to vacuum the car--which is outrageous. We left the car there all day, again, for nothing. We were told the poor results were due to a new employee still learning. We were understanding and gave them yet another chance after the manager personally called us, apologized, and assured us he would handle it himself. Third visit: I showed the manager the exact stains and issues before leaving the car again at 9 AM. At 3 PM, we were told it was ready. Once again, the car looked almost exactly the same. The stains I had pointed out were still there, the car was not properly vacuumed, and there were oil stains and fingerprints all over the console. The only thing they seemed to do was wash the exterior--which makes no sense, since it was raining that day. This has now taken three visits and over two full days of wasted time. We expected premium service for the premium price. What we got was something that a $40 drive-thru car wash could've done better. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. Our experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication, and zero accountability. We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone.
