The food was great and watching the chef hand stretch the noodles was cool too. The serving staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. the Xian Spicy Hot Oil Sheared Noodles were delicious. I wasn't craving soup so I went with this dish. I didn't disappoint, also had the Steamed pork dumplings and the celery and peanut salad both were very good.
