The bread was moist and delicious but that mousse was simply fantastic. I've never had anything like it and would buy it by the jar if I could. The Concha is another delightfully unique dish. They take strawberry ice cream, coat it with cornflakes and deep fry it. It turns out looking like a fried chicken breast. They use a Mexican style sweet bread for the buns and deliver it with a knife stuck into the "sandwich" as you'd expect with the real thing.
