I tried to explain to her my nails are thin and I'd pay extra if I don't have to put on new tips(still nope!) She also kept insisting I get shellac polish instead of the color acrylic I wanted. The guy that does my nails wasn't there yet so before he showed up she began cutting my acrylic nails with fingernail clippers and ripping them off. By the look on my face she knew it was hurting me but proceeds to tell me "see that didn't hurt at all"! Last time I got my nails done I chose 5 different blue acrylic powders from the wall to have on my nails. This time she said I can't use any of the powders on the wall, I could only choose from 5 neon colors. I ended up getting a new full set but my finger nails are hurting from her ripping my old set off. I will not be returning here. I've never had a problem any other time. Maybe she was having a bad day but not my fault. I will pay extra else where just to be treated with respect! Nobody wants to pay money to be treated poorly. (I paid $72 for ombré full set plus $15 tip)

It was very spacious with manicures and pedicures separated on different sides of the space. There was also a beautiful waiting area with many colors to choose from. The space is well lit with chandeliers and clean. I appreciate the effort they put into the experience having a water bottle already set when I sit down and flowers on a tray like a bed and breakfast. I got the deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax leaving my feet feeling so soft and I love the color I chose. But this place needs a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom, before I will return again. I think I saw my pedicurist take her instrument packet from the sanitizer, and start with a new packet. However, the whole place is unkempt: stray hairs stuck to the base of the pedi chairs, stains of unknown origin on some of the plastic, the chairs not wiped off, the motor in the pedi chair not able to get past a labored, wheezy massage (I turned it off). When I sat at the drying table, there was a coating of some kind of powder or dust on the top. Don't know if the Health Department inspects nail salons, but the sanitary conditions at this one definitely need a lot of improvement.
