The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes - I don't do polish but for a $45 deluxe pedicure I would expect to soak awhile, have exfoliation done, and get a nice foot massage and calf massage (not done). To add to that subpar experience she didn't even move me to the manicure station for my mani. She had me twist in the chair and then did the same subpar style service on my nails.
