My stylist was very kind and flexible with me and the times I was able to make it out her way. She was also so lovely to spend some time with. There's nothing worse than being bored at the salon or not enjoying conversation with your stylist. That was not the case here! You can tell she cared about what she was doing and was fun to talk to. In regard to the cut, she did a great job. My hair felt healthy afterward and the length was definitely what I wanted. The color was a bit of a disappointment. When I showed her what I was going for, she told me that I could not do it for the price I paid. It would have been nice if, when we FB messaged, she had asked what I wanted so we could have discussed that in advance. After agreeing to pay $30ish more dollars to try and get closer to what I asked for, we got to work. It didn't take too terribly long even though we had to do a bit of mixing. One of my primary goals was to get rid of my greys. For the first week or this worked, but ultimately I was able to see them pretty quickly afterward, so that was a bummer. She darkened my hair which I did ask for, but she did not provide any hair care tips and there was a lot of dye left on my skin for the next few days. Ultimately I wasn't very happy with the color job because it wasn't really a big change from what I already had, which is definitely not what I wanted, but the cut was great and the stylist was so kind, so I recommend for these reasons!!!

When I got there, I was told that he (from the ig profile, I wasn't sure if it was a man or woman) only take appts which was fine, I just wanted to meet the person that I was messaging with. When he came over, it wasn't a warm welcome, just standoffish and said "He will take care of you" meaning the nail tech that I had, who was Tommy. The nail tech did a great job for the pedicure and gave me what I requested but I was very particular about not having a drill used on my hands. Even though he was adamant about using it, he was very careful. I showed many pics of what I was looking for and when I gave an idea, he kept saying I was crazy and it wouldn't look right. So I said to do something similar to what I like, I will trust him. Let's just say designing is not his specialty. For the price I paid, I definitely will not return.
