She was very detailed in showing me the different lash lengths I could choose from, which I appreciated. I had called earlier in the day to let them know I might be about 10 minutes late and told them I completely understood if they needed to reschedule me. However, they assured me it was no problem and to just head over. I ended up only being a couple minutes late, and we started right away. I originally came in for their $75 classic set special, but since we went with a 2D set, the total came out to $95. During the appointment, I did feel like things were a bit rushed, and I didn't get a great chance to fully look at my lashes before leaving. After I got home, I noticed my eyes didn't fully match and there were different lash lengths on each side. While brushing through my lashes, I also realized one of the extensions had accidentally been glued to my bottom lashes. I called the salon back, and to their credit, they were very accommodating and got me in the next day to fix everything. Rainie was super kind throughout the whole process and genuinely tried to work with me to achieve the look I wanted. Unfortunately, after only 3 days, I started noticing major gaps in my lash extensions, which has never happened to me before. I also noticed some extensions were attached to multiple natural lashes rather than properly isolated, which concerned me because I know that can potentially damage natural lashes over time. I made sure to cleanse my lashes daily with a soft brush, so I don't think aftercare was the issue. Overall, the final set was cute, but I really wish the retention had been better and lasted long enough for me to at least get a fill.

I've only tried their sugaring but they have skin, makeup, tanning, lash, brow, and more services! They have private rooms for the sugaring. You're escorted to the room prior to your appointment. The women working will always ask if you need to use the restroom before hand. The rooms are very clean. They provide wipes prior to your appointment if you would like to freshen up. I've always have a great experience with my estheticians when I go in for my appointments. I looked at the photos and read the reviews on yelp. I'm really picky... I scrutinize the photos people post. Looking at Juliana's work, I could let she took her time and put care into installing each lash. I had a little bit of trouble finding the location but I just gave Juliana a call and she was able to direct me where to go. I was a little nervous but the place was very relaxing. Jules looked at the condition of my lashes so she can best know what type of lashes to put. In my case, my lashes were really thin and short. She installed lighter, thinner extensions so not to stress my own lashes. She also suggested I take biotin and use lash serum to get my lashes back to health. I did what she suggested and they are becoming healthier! All in all, if you want someone to just glue really long and thick lashes without any regard to how your natural lashes will end up, then this place is not for you. But if you want someone who is honest and cares about you and your lashes in the long run, then this is the place for you.
