Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything. Great communication, great price, and great service overall. 5/5 and I would definitely hire them again!

They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!

She asked questions to understand my situation and recommended the service that suited the house best. The entire process was very transparent and seamless. The day before, I received a confirmation of who will be coming to the house and how long it would take. Despite the fact of the initial two workers were out sick, Alex came in herself to get started and didn't even ask me to reschedule. The process was great, before any cleaning was done, Alex did a walkthrough of the house and was very information on the questions I had.
