Stopped by because I didn't feel like washing my truck and this place was conveniently next to the post office. The price was reasonable for a full-size truck at forty-five dollars, and I do want to give credit to the two guys doing the initial hand wash. Unfortunately, after that, the quality really dropped off. My floor mats were left wet, there were visible streaks on the windshield, and it was clear they were using very dirty rags to dry the vehicle. Even if the cars are already mostly clean, those towels need to be replaced regularly. Staff was friendly, but overall it's probably a one-and-done for me. I have been coming to this newer CarWash for about 3 months with my car and wife's car every other week. Despite I like the concept and the spirit, the executions has been horrible the last 3 times. They have new guys all the time and they seems unfamiliar which how a CarWash should be performed. By just "pressure-cleaning" the whole car all dirt, especially on the bumpers and rims won't go away, someone has to scrub all parts with soap and then rinse it with the pressure-cleaner. Button line, despite I don't know much about CarWash I do appreciate when my car is properly cleaned, otherwise I'm wasting my time and money. I really wish they can get their act together but for now I'm going back to the place I was taking my car for the past 10 years. read more

Horrible service. Please save your self some time. The employee damaged my car and I had to get it towed away. They were not helpful, not understanding, instead he was upset that I asked for the name of the manager/owner. Anyone with an establishment and an incident happens will go out of their way to aid to the customer. NOPE! Not here. I'm a women, I was alone and they decided to take advantage of that. They were super rude, not helpful and attempted to intimidate me. Even a situation happened that I had to call the 911 because AN EMPLOYEE was threading another person saying " I am going to come out shooting" right in front of me. Plus having to deal with the horrific situation, I had to fear for my life in this establishment. No apology. Nothing. Save your money. It's not worth it here. Took my vehicle in for a wash and picked the platinum package. From a 1-10 score I give them an 8. The problem begins when I asked about buffing the entire car. The sign says "starting at 100.00". The owner looked the car over and said no problem and it would be an hour. When it was time to pay. The girl tells me 200.00 bucks. When I refused to pay, she called over the owner. I asked him why is it 200 now instead of 100? He gave me some song and dance about having to clay bar the entire car and then buff. I said you never told me when you looked the car over it was going to be 200.00. If you told me it was going to be 200, i would've said "no thanks". Instead, you said "no problem and done in 1 hour." Took my Jeep today to get cleaned. Asked for a detail, in and out, which is normally $140-150, but asked them NOT to shampoo the seats, and the owner told me ok $90 then. I said fine. Just drove back from central Florida and bugs were bad. Dropped it off at noon and was told to come back at 3pm. I came back at 3pm. They didn't detail my car, barely got the bugs off, and shampooed the seats. Still charged me $90 and told me I was wrong, despite the fact the owner on the phone said to me I asked for a detail. All in all, not impressed, super overpriced for a crappy car wash, no detail done, and a bunch of workers who all said something different, which tells me no one there is paying attention. I had lots of coins in my center console. I know it is not correct to have that there but I just did not know where to put it. It was like 6 dollars between quarters and dollar coins. I try to hide it under stuff that I had in my car. I went to have lunch and when I came back they had taken all the dollar coins and they left just one quarter. They didn't even put back the stuff I was hiding the coins with. It does not make any sense because It was obvious that I was going to notice. I even tipped before getting in my car... Car detailing was a total rip off! I was told that detailing is $180 then said that I saw it advertised for $140, so when they accepted $140 (for my small car) I waited for over 3 hours for my car and came back to wet seats, dirty wheels, smeared glass, and a dirty carpet. They clearly didn't spend the entire time on my car and rushed it at the end. When I pointed out all of the dirt that wasn't cleaned, I was told that their vacuum nozzle won't fit in the tight spots, and as for the rest, it's an old car so what do I expect. The only good thing that came out of it was that my car looked shiny because of the wax. They refused to reduce the charge to a wash and wax as I requested and would not allow me to speak to the general manager/owner. After arguing for nearly an hour, they took off a mere $10. I already felt like they were overcharging me from the start for the size and condition of my car, but then when they didn't even clean it properly and put blame on the year of my car and the lack of proper equipment to do the job thoroughly, I could see that their car detailing service is a complete sham. I shouldn't have had to pay for a service that I did not receive. The only reason I did was because I needed for them to return my car. This is false advertisement and theft. read more

I have brought my car here another time prior to today and was charged $20. Today she told me $25 and when I questioned why she told me it's always been $25 only to then drop the price to $20. After that they had my car in the vacuum station and I was going to move the car as I had left my purse in there and this guy who works there just hops in my car with my purse and all just to move my car out of the way because they were in a hurry to close. A TIP: You do not move someone's car if you see they are going to move it when they have their personal items in there. read more
