Less than 24hrs after posting my experience the Owner of the company took it upon himself to give me call. Reasonably so, concerned about his companies reputation and a disappointed client. I admire that he took the time to call and chat with me about what had happened and how he could help correct the situation. He's asked for me to come back so they can clean my car again. As I stated before, this place is typically pretty busy so they must be doing something right. I'm looking forward to coming back on here and updating my review specifically on the cleanliness of my car. This simple gesture makes this whole experience feel less transactional. He cares about his customers and every customer matters. . . . . . . I considered this my go-to neighborhood car wash. It's always consistently busy during the week and since it's been taken over by new ownership (there was a local car wash there prior to Mr.splash) I had not had a chance to stop by and see what the new changes were like. I paid $25 for a sedan. Although the sign said $20. She explained something about special soap. Whatever no problem. When I dropped off my car you could say the interior of my car was relatively clean yet dusty and had scuff marks and the windows were dirty. Definitely needed a good vacuum job & The outside was filthy. When I picked up my car the interior of my car was relatively clean yet dusty and had scuff marks and the windows were dirty. They gave it a surface level vacuum job BUT the outside was clean (must have been the extra $5 for the soap). This place must be good enough for some people to keep coming back because like I said it's usually packed during the week BUT as of now I won't be returning. The work was lazy, they didn't even put the carpets in the car on the right side. In addition to that I also tipped. Pretty pricey for a relatively clean small car. They do have a check in system that is convenient. They check you in and send you a text once you've dropped off your car and send you a text once your car is ready for pick up. I do have to say thank you to the lady who waited for me to come get my car about 15min after she sent me my pick up text and not to mention they had also already closed. They needed my money and I needed my car lol but she was understanding. If you visit this car wash I would just suggest you check your vehicle before driving off.

Although it looked ok I don't think it's a great idea because you're rubbing dirt into the paint surface to clean it. When I went to pick up my car, because I was texted, they hadn't finished cleaning the exterior. So I had to stand there and watch the guy. When I opened the rear of my SUV to put a package, they hadn't even vacuumed or wiped the rear interior or the perimeter of the closing areas. Would I recommend them? Well, not if you expect a professional job that doesn't require your inspection of the job afterwards. It's a pretty lame business even though the personnel were nice. The cleaning of the exterior and interior took them all of 40 minutes for $70.00.

This is my first time here because whenever I pass by in the few times that I am in this area, this place is always busy. It was a "slow day" today so there was only 10 vehicles before me. They have membeship for monthly plans but since this is far from where I live I just chose the 1 time wash. The attendant at the wash showed me a menu of the services that they offer, and each of them is discounted. Whatever you chose, it is a good value for money, and the vacuum is no additional charge. Overall I am satisfied with the results, the price and the service that I received. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done. Check it out!

I've never had such excellent service at a car wash - these people are A++ service!!…read more I brought in my FRS for its first wash since I bought it. I did my research because I recently moved to the area and this is my new baby and I wanted to make sure I got the best treatment for her & in the best hands. I am SO glad I trusted them because my car is spotless. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is squeaky clean and you leave happy! Their service is also very quick- it's not a whole day waiting for your car. Everyone that works there is very pleasant and friendly. Their prices are super fair & I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for all my future washes. I will also be recommending them to friends and family. On top of it, the crazy weather started taking the shine away from the car, and I got into a minor accident where I had my front bumper tainted with white paint. All in all, my poor car needed some TLC, and that's exactly what it got! This little place is tucked in right next to US1 behind/attached to the back of the Chevron gas station on the 120th st intersection. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. Understood what I wanted, and I was able to book an appointment, which was a plus. I got the inside, and outside done, clay and wax, and am very happy. It's almost as if it's brand new. The outside is silky smooth, and everything is shining beautifully. Got all the scratches inside and out fixed whice was great. You can tell they took their time as all the crannies, etc, were cleaned well. They said it would take about one and a half hours, but i work nearby, so i left the car. They have a little patio set you can seat and wait, but there's no shade (there's a Starbucks and pinecrest bakery next door, though ). Pricing wise, it's on the higher end, but considering it's Pinecrest and how good my car looked, it was OK. I recommend it and will be taking another car this weekend. Thank you, Jennifer, for making sure my car looks fab
