We went in for a routine cleaning and was honestly so impressed from start to finish. Vanessa, my dental hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained everything she was doing and gave helpful tips without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Dr. Nguyen was equally amazing, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know you personally and made us feel even more confident about our smiles. :) The office itself is beautiful and modern, with the most up-to-date technology. Everything felt clean, efficient, and well organized. The entire team made the visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend South Peek Dental Care if you're looking for a dentist who combines top-notch care with a welcoming, modern environment!

(Too many dentist around to pick from) I made an emergency visit due to the pain I was feeling and upon arrival I knew I was at the right place. The staff were very friendly, fun, the office was super clean, updated and even had TVs in the ceiling for you to watch while lying down. Although they couldn't retract my tooth there, they set me up by referring me to another location to get the work done. I was a little nervous about how much longer I'd have to wait but I lucked out and was able to set it up for the same day. I was thrilled it all worked out the way it did and quickly took care of my issue. I have found a local dentist now and I'm looking forward to scheduling cleaning or any future dental work I may need.

This was my first dental appointment since his passing and my first time going to the dentist alone. I was very emotional and nervous walking through the door. From the moment I walked in, Emmanuel at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dental assistants, Kenia and Violeta, were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Dr. Saood was compassionate, understanding, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease. When I became emotional and started to cry, everyone treated me with genuine kindness, grace, and care. I am self-pay, and I was pleasantly surprised by their affordable dental membership plan, which helps significantly with costs. I will be getting a dental implant to replace a broken tooth, two fillings, and teeth whitening, and I feel confident that I am in excellent hands. The office itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. They even offer a comfort menu with options like weighted blankets, noise-canceling headphones, neck pillows, and other amenities to help patients relax during treatment. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or upsold on services I didn't need, which has been my experience at some other dental offices. Instead, they focused on what was best for my dental health and made me feel respected, heard, and cared for. I highly recommend Smile Avenue to anyone, especially those who struggle with dental anxiety. They truly go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and supported. Thank you, Emmanuel, Kenia, Violeta, and Dr. Saood, for making what could have been a very difficult first visit alone a positive and reassuring experience. I am truly grateful.

One of the things I appreciate most -- besides the excellent care -- is the fact I never feel like a Treatment Specialist (aka Salesperson) is pressuring me on a treatment plan while I am vulnerable, in the chair, wearing a bib. I also appreciate that Dr. Quach does recommend extraneous or unnecessary treatments. The front office went to battle with my insurance company after a defective filling had to be redone. I could no longer locate the previous dentist to fix his work. (At my previous Katy dental practice -- there was a new dentist every time I came in?!?) Rejuvenate is clean and bright. I enjoy the double televisions in each room (one on the wall; one on the ceiling). Finally -- they don't waste my time. I can get in and out, and am not left sitting and waiting.

They do seem to stand by caring for their patients completely, and it seems like my experience was simply an anomaly. -------------------- I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this practice, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing interactions that I feel are important to share--both as a fair warning to others and in hopes that the practice may be open to resolving the concerns. 1. Lack of transparency and follow-up on payment information -- I've requested copies of the payment forms I signed eight times (once in person, multiple times by email, phone, and voicemail). Despite this, I've still not received any documentation or clear communication around fees--for orthodontic and dental work. 2. Delayed and dismissive handling of records -- After my initial visit with Dr. To, I waited nearly two weeks for answers to my follow up questions, and then decided to request my dental records so I could transition to a new provider. When I followed up today, I was asked to "be patient and wait a few weeks." This felt dismissive, especially given I am in pain and actively seeking timely care. Given the premium pricing and the promise of a holistic, patient-centered approach, I expected a higher level of service, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling disregarded, disappointed, and disheartened. If the practice is open to making this right, I would be willing to discuss further. In the meantime, I hope this helps others make informed decisions about their care.

During our appointment, a major hygiene failure occurred. The dental assistant put a hairnet over my son's hair, which had product in it, and then immediately attempted to work inside his mouth with those same gloves. While the assistant was polite and receptive when I corrected the cross-contamination risk, Dr. Belivand defensively interjected to challenge me. Once I stated the facts about the hair particles, she went silent, but then immediately retaliated by power-tripping over a "no phone" policy that was perfectly fine on our previous visit. When I requested a transfer to the male dentist at this location, the office chose to protect Dr. Belivand's ego over accommodating a patient. Today they called to cancel our upcoming Thursday appointment under the guise of a delayed flight and tried to push us out of the practice entirely. They would rather deny a child care and fabricate logistical excuses than hold an unprofessional doctor accountable for standard hygiene violations. I am glad they handled it this way because it saves me the trouble of ever returning to this dysfunctional office. Thank God there are several other dental offices in the Katy area that actually respect parents and prioritize basic patient care.
