We had several meetings to ensure I was on the right path and checking off all the to do's. And the day of coordinator was perfect. She knew exactly what to do, never bothered me asking for anything. She kept us on schedule, she did all of the day of set up, coordinated with all my vendors and handled the tips. I was also so pleasantly surprised and thrilled when I came back on Sunday that she and her assistant had put everything away, all decor and staked the tables and chairs and put away linens. Not enough ice arrived and the bar was lacking some items and her assistant went to the store to grab everything. I am SO glad to have hired Cierra because I was fully present during my wedding day and can't imagine how differently and stressful the day would have been without her help. Best money spent!

We had checked out many party venues around the Peninsula, looking for a place that was fun, encouraged lots of interaction among the kids, and had a party space for them to eat and mingle afterward. IGB checked all the boxes. The Stonestown location is also incredibly convenient, with plenty of parking, lots of nearby food options for the party lunch, and stores like Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Sports Basement for parents who want to stay nearby after dropping off the kids. The staff made the whole experience even better. George was prompt, courteous, and helpful through the online chat, answering all of my many questions. When my wife and I visited in person, Destiny was just as wonderful. She had a clear can-do attitude and really wanted to make sure the party went smoothly. On the day of the party, Destiny came in early to open the store, set up the party area, and help with decorations. She was flexible with the game rooms as some kids arrived early and others came late, and she was helpful throughout the entire event, even helping clean up when a drink spilled. Most importantly, the girls had a blast. After an hour of playing, all of them asked to keep going, and several convinced their parents to let them stay and play more after the party lunch. That says it all. Highly recommend IGB for kids' birthday parties!

This location is inside Stonestown Galleria on the 1st floor next to Target. When we arrived, it was around 5:30pm and the mall was super busy. Parking is always a challenge here so if you plan on visiting, plan on arriving early. We checked in with the lady as soon as we walked in. She was very friendly and helped us get started. We put on these hats with sensors on it. You can adjust them to fit your head. There were several rooms inside and it's very spacious. There is a bathroom inside Gamebox so you don't have to walk all the way to the mall's food court to use it. There are several games to choose from: Batman, The Floor is Lava, Squid Game and you can play up to 5-6 people (I think) I could be wrong so please check the website. We booked to play Squid Game for 60 mins which cost me $104 for 3 people. The game was challenging and it was that day when I learned that I wouldn't last in a real Squid Games challenge (lol). I loved the fact that it was interactive. You will get a work out playing this game. My hubby, my son, and I had so much fun! Cant wait to go back!

There aren't enough great things to say about Duncan Reyes and the work he does. I found Duncan…read moreright after we got engaged by endlessly stalking San Francisco weddings on every website I could find. His weddings were featured many times and I instantly fell in love with his work. I knew I had to have him as our planner! We reached out and set up a meeting shortly after. Duncan met with myself, my fiancé and my Mom. We all fell in love with his warm personality, his organization and his ideas right off the bat for making my wedding spectacular. After hiring Duncan, we went to our top two venues with him. We walked in to each venue and EVERYONE we encountered at the venues excitedly screamed "DUNCAN!!" and ran over to talk to us. It was clear Duncan was good at what he does and more importantly, that people genuinely enjoyed working with him. After deciding on our venue, Duncan immediately saved us a ton of money negotiating with our venue for us. After that, he used his (many) connections and saved us even more money on almost all of our vendors. Besides the financial aspect, Duncan truly made our wedding planning easy and stress free. He handled everything leading up to the wedding, and seamlessly handled our wedding day craziness. Somehow mine and my now husbands wedding bands were left at the hotel while we headed to the church for our ceremony. Duncan somehow got our bands from the hotel to the church in time for the ring exchange. I don't know how in the world he did it, but he of course handled it with a smile on his face. I can't thank Duncan enough for everything he did for us during our wedding planning and wedding, and I can't recommend him enough!

Having someone to organize the day, as well as help make it beautiful to look at is a huge part of a couple's wedding day. Duncan does all that and more. I had the pleasure of working as a photographer at a wedding Duncan was coordinating at the Boulder Ridge Golf course in San Jose. There was a lot of chaos going on that day due to the Jazz festival happening... and like the rockstar he is he remained calm and made sure things that had to get done got done. In the end our clients were happy, and I was given enough time to take the beautiful photographs that they have to remember their day by. And that's besides the beautiful decor of the wedding that was incredible to photograph. So not only did the bride and groom's day go wonderful, but it looked stellar as well. Duncan is a rock star!

Their attention to detail, kindness, seamless collaboration with our other vendors and accommodation to our guests was everything we could have hoped for and more. They were our first vendors to arrive at our wedding and the last to leave, taking the extra step to ensure my wife and I had a full plate for dinner. They warmly welcomed our guests, were so respectful to our parents and made the entire party feel personal and professional. The food was phenomenal. Our guests devoured the fiocchetti pasta, the sauce in the rigatoni calabrese was delicious and the caesar salad was fresh and crisp. Once everyone was served, my husband and I watched at our sweetheart table as the entire party quieted down while people enjoyed their dinner. We still receive compliments on it days later, with many agreeing with us that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Throughout our planning process Vittorio was ready and available for a call, allowing us to reach out whenever we had something to run by him. He allowed us to completely customize our menu, even making a special eggplant parmigiana for a small contingent of our guests. He was clear and transparent about pricing and helped us rent our tables and chairs. We could not recommend Trattoria Da Vittorio enough to any couples who are passionate about food and are eager to share that love with their wedding guests. Becca's communication, organization, and calm demeanor gave me peace of mind throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day. We touched base via phone every weekly starting a month out from the event, and Becca was always very prompt in responding to my texts and emails. There were quite a few adjustments that happened the week before the wedding but she stayed on top of it. She communicated all details to our vendors starting a few weeks prior to the event and all my vendors raved about how organized and communicative she was. Becca's team helped set up the decor for my gift table + small items on the banquet tables. Everything looked exactly as I requested. The entire day was on schedule and stress-free so we were able to really enjoy the entire event. At the end of the night, her team packed up all the decor for us. The caterer ended up leaving without completing some responsibilities and her team took care of it so that we'd get 100% of our deposit back. I'm so grateful that Becca really took care of us throughout the day. I highly recommend Becca to coordinate your special day!
