Unfortunately for our dog, we have to leave town occasionally and he can't come with us. But,…read morefortunately for our dog, there's Jill at Bed Bath & Biscuits to watch him during those times! We've boarded our dog at a few places and are glad we came across this one. Now, it isn't a doggy daycare like other places, so the dogs aren't playing with each other. This does, however, mean the price is lower. We recently boarded our pup here for a long weekend and it was about half of what it would have cost at a daycare center. So even though it isn't daycare and the dogs aren't playing with each other all day, it seems like they have lots of room to roam and get plenty of playtime. Our guy came home tired and happy. Jill even sent along a few pictures of him playing around and it looks like he was in doggy heaven. We'll definitely be bringing our dog back again next time we're out of town.

We will definitely be returning!

My vet recommended Julie and her training program instead of drugs. Four days later Julie took Jessie and transformed her: she sits with my with no anxiety; she eats in the kitchen; she comes to me in the backyard and goes into the house. What impressed me most was how Julie was able to give me the skills to keep up the training at home.

The staff at Ruff House Adventures did a thorough evaluation and asked detailed questions to understand our family's specific training needs: she's not the boss and she can settle down and be calm. Ruff House Adventures' trainers and entire staff helped my dog learn her place as a dog & that it's safe to mellow out. Most importantly they taught me, the owner, how to better understand my dog's triggers & find alternative ways of addressing her behavior issues. We were expecting it, but it's still very hard because he's been a part of our lives for so long. My Goldendoodle was crying and searching for him so I hopped in the car and we came here, not realizing that this is the same bakery I used to take Max to. The owner handed him a treat which he sniffed, but didn't take. I let him pick out some Puppy Yogurt that I was told is made with Goats Milk and gentle on their tummies. He picked the Peanut Butter Banana flavor. I went to pay and realized I'd left my purse in the car and by this time was beginning to tear up. I explained our reason for the trip and showed her photos of our buddy Max. She then suggested I get a photo of my other day, but he was too busy with all his emotions I believe and in the end I just gave him a hug.
