He is still energetic and happy, but now we understand how to help him channel the energy and how to keep him in line. Natalie was amazing with our dog. She gave us feedback every week and emailed pictures of his progress and field trips. She was very patient with us as we spent time learning how to maintain Indy's commands. Both dogs had bloody diarrhea and extreme weakness, and one had an open wound on his back and difficulty walking. They were taken to the vet immediately. Veterinary records showed very high white blood cell counts indicating infection and liver complications, with the illness noted as consistent with exposure to unsanitary conditions. Total vet bills were over $1,700. When my friend contacted the facility, there was little concern shown, and the only offer made was to charge $20 to bathe the dogs, despite their condition and medical costs. Posting this so other pet owners can make an informed decision.

The ladies were very professional and you could tell they were very knowledgeable in every aspect of caring for our pets as well as training and grooming.
