I love the concept of choosing a flavor and adding in fun. I opted for birthday cake flavored ice cream and added Oreos. Really quite delish. There is ample street parking. The building is small with limited seating, but walking around the shopping area is a nice alternative. read more

I personally would prefer Maggie Moo's over Cold Stone because the ice cream overall just taste better and doesnt taste really sweet like coldstone. This is a great place to come to after you've had a great meal at one of the many restaurants in the area. I came here with a friend after indulging at World of Beer. I had the rum and cake batter icecream mixed together. It came to just s little under 5 bucks for a small cone. A small come is plenty. It's 2 hearty scoops! UNLIMITED TOPPINGS. need I say more? Their ice-cream is creamy and delicious and the serving sizes are huge. I love that you can choose as many mix ins as your heart desires. I can never finish what I order there as the servings are just that large. Their prices are reasonable. I believe it was around $9.50 for two regular size ice creams. You could easily share one of their regular size ice creams if you don't eat that much or get full quickly. read more

Went for ice cream with my wife. Waited in this long line to have the server skip over me. When I brought it to the managers attention, at check out, my wife got her ice cream, she said "Well he's my celebrity server." That's it!! No offer to get me anything or correct it. First time at Maggie Moos. I definitely love toppings and I rarely splurge on a waffle cone, so since the waffle is standard and toppings unlimited, I was a very big fan. The price is extremely reasonable. I didn't think the ice cream was special or unique, but the whole dessert and its price make it a wonderful option for families. I went there with my friends and one of the girls was very rude, she was in a Collegium shirt and had curly hair. We were wearing our masks and not being loud, I accidentally dropped my water bottle and she yelled at me. I understand that everyone can have a bad day but that is no excuse to lash out the way she did at a customer. I was so impressed with my ice cream, the total price, and the service at Maggie Moo's this evening! I got two regular sized cups for less than two ice cream cones at Handels. I could have gotten them in a waffle cone for no additional cost. There is limited seating inside, but plenty outside (shaded too). The concept reminds me of Cold Sone, but better! Add ons are completely free of charge and you can take a pre existing combo and tweak it to your liking. read more

i absolutely love this place! i have a tree nut allergy, so i always get nervous about cross contamination. i always let the staff know, and they make it in a nut free area for me. it means so much to me that they are willing to do that. they are super friendly as well, and will make you the best ice cream. so delicious! i will be returning to this location again soon read more

I love going to Maggie Moo's and have been getting ice cream and cakes there for almost ten years. So I was sad when I ordered an ice cream cake last Friday and went to eat it to find that the green icing tasted toxic. I am a pretty understanding person. I can accept icing that when it is colored to have a slight chemical taste, but this was something else. So the birthday party turned into everyone spitting out the first bite and scraping all the icing off the cake. Nevertheless, people make mistakes maybe something happened. I called Monday morning to let them know that there was something wrong with the green icing. I received a whiny sorry and that there would be new green icing made for their orders today. Do they really using icing from three days ago? Needless to say I was disappointed in their customer service and lack of care for their customer. They did not even ask if it made anyone sick. They could have responded with a reimbursement, partial reimbursement, a replacement cake, a coupon, told me that a complaint would be filed, that I could talk to the manager, that the manager would call me. Any variation of the above would have satisfied me, but instead I got the feeling I should just get over it... after all it is only a $30 cake. I will not be buying anything from Maggie Moo's anymore. read more

Very clean, great outdoor seating, but the ice cream is just ok. It is fun to choose the extras for your flavor. I like the white chocolate chips, but wish there were more adult extras. Gummy worms, crunched up candy bars and cookies -- ok, but I would prefer toasted almonds, peppermints, coconut, sea salt caramels, shaved chocolate instead of chips... I guess what I'm saying is it's just not a place I would go out of my way for. Kids would probably love it, but for me, I'll drive another 20 minutes and visit Bruster's instead. Yummmmm!!! Cannot say enough good things about Maggie Moo's. I am counting down the days until Summer so I can justify eating there - Because when I do, I'm not just going for a measly scoop... I'm going for the biggest ice-cream you can get. The employees are very friendly (even for college kids) and I love the outdoor seating in the Summer. Wish they had some option for the Winter months, but hey... it's so good during the Summer... It's worth the wait! read more

Christmas cake was terrible, $37, don't think that is one $ sign. It had red ice cream icing. The red color stayed on your hands even when washing up with soap! What was in that!? Some got on my red tablecloth and left a black stain. Did not come out in the wash. No one came back for seconds. We threw half of the cake away, very surprised and disappointed. read more

I have been to Maggie Moos twice now. While the ice cream is good it is overpriced. I found the staff to be average. Not real friendly but not mean either. Kind of like they are just counting down the seconds until they get to leave. One major complaint about this place is that it's dirty!! The tables were dirty, the walls are disgusting as if there is dirt or old ice cream all over them and they have never been wiped clean. Also the ventilation pipe above the seating area is really disgusting. There is at least a few inches of "stuff" on it. So it's obvious it has never been cleaned. Some of the walls also clearly need to be painted. After this last time I will not be bringing my daughter back read more
