Denis his colleague showed up to move the washer/dryer and inspect the floor, and determined it was not level (it was VERY uneven). Denis gave me several options for how to proceed. They took the time to show me the support frame under the floor and explain why it wasn't level, and what they could do to level it as much as possible. I had hired Pro Handyman Service to address the floor only, but after they were finished and placed everything back the way it was, Denis asked to see a wash cycle on the washing machine to see if the floor fixed the machine as well - it worked great, no more intense shaking! Highly recommend, and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

He used some sealing mat4tial that he slapped with a brush that is actually not meant for shower. Then he starts putting up the hardiebacker cement boards without even putting up waterproofing paper!!! In the process he's complaining that I'm checking his work and asking what he's doing as if I don't have a right to make sure the job is done right. He finally comes to work one day to so called continue. Without telling me he took his tools and left and blocked my number!!! Overall an incompetent liar. I suppose I should thank God for having this happened since if he had continued all the leaks would have destroyed my house. I didn't need him for all of that, BUT he did cabinet repair, sliding screen door repair, trimming some bushes, and numerous other small fixes. I am quite sure he can do everything he lists--from the very small, to the very large. Sometimes, I have found that people won't take on work that is too small, or work that is too involved. Jose assured me that anything I asked for help with he could do. He also did a massive overhaul on my aviary--sealing up all the areas mice were getting in and putting in new perches for the doves. I have never trusted anyone else to work in the aviary as the birds can get easily panicked and hurt themselves, but Jose was very calm and slow, reassuring the birds that everything was okay. The aviary looks AMAZING now! He (and Stephanie, who helps with the work) were always on time, made sure everything was done to perfection, left my place spotless, stayed until they finished the work...even after dark a couple times.
