Got a call that the garbage disposal (GD) stopped working at our rental. Checked with Yelp to find a nearby pro experienced with GD replacement, along with good ratings in getting the job done in a professional & timely manner. Called Tomas of Excellent Handyman, who was available to replace the GD that afternoon. We picked up a replacement GD from HD for Tomas to install. After his inspection of the situation, Tomas realized the existing GD had loose wires that he reconnected and secured. He made sure everything was reconnected to the GD and that the GD was working properly. So Tomas saved us $ as we didn't need a new GD. He was so kind to help us with another project while he was onsite. Thank you, Tomas! read more

Very efficient and quick to respond! I would recommend this service to anyone looking for work done.

I recently hired Tomas for a few small projects around my condo and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he was very professional, reliable and easy to work with. The communication was clear and he was very responsive. He gave me a fair quote. He showed up on time and when he said he would, and the quality of work was great. Even though my projects were on the smaller side (fixing door framing, wall patching repairs and painting, fixing some tiles and grout), he treated them with care and attention to detail. I appreciate how respectful Tomas was while in my home and with scheduling. He cleaned up the project areas very well, worked efficiently, and made the whole process stress free. I would definitely hire him for any future projects and recommend his services for anyone looking for quality work and great/honest service. Thank you! read more

Tomas and his guys did a really nice job on the bathroom..He quoted me a price, we supplied the materials. He gave me an guestimate as to when he thought the job would be done, and they held to a tight schedule as promised and finished the job right on time, if not a little early... They did the vinyl floor, painted, installed plumbing, placed the vanity, installed the mirror, and a medicine cabinet, and placed molding around one door, and did it for a competitive price They were neat, professional and on time. Could not have asked for a better outcome. We were extremely happy with Tomas and his crew and would use again, and definitely recommend him to others. Hes and excellent handyman... read more

Tomas was great. We needed our kitchen sink fixed right away, it detached from the counter. He was very responsive and fixed our sink so it was better then before it broke. I'm glad I called him. read more

Tomas is great with communication, always on time, prices are reasonable and the work is impeccable. We asked Tomas to fix a botched repair in the kitchen, straighten and secure curtain rods of our rental property. His work was professional and done in a timely manner. He also left the work area clean. We ended up asking him to come back to add an outlet for a bidet in the master bedroom and some other electrical work. Very impressed. We are glad we found him and will be using him again and again from here on. I also want to highlight his trustworthiness. I mistakenly paid him twice and he made sure to correct the issue immediately. I cannot recommend this business enough. read more

Tomas did an excellent job fixing the blown outlet I had. He was very prompt, worked quickly and was professional. His pricing was well within reason for a job done after 5 on a Friday evening! I will definitely be contacting him again for other projects around the house. read more

I called Tomas and he was quick to reply, came around next day to quote, texted quote within 30 mins, and was able to fit our shower rerouting job in 2 days later!! This was fantastic as I had so many handyman flake on me. Tomas was a man of his word and an excellent communicator. He quoted for the job, not by hour and was competitively priced. Tomas turned up on the day and got to work straight away, taking care to be tidy. He let me know when he was breaking for lunch and asked permission to work later than he told me so he could finish the job same day. His work was excellent and our grubby yellowing grout was sparkling white when he finished. It made our shower look brand new! I would definitely recommend Tomas 100%, he is polite, professional and has an excellent work ethic. He will be our go to handyman from now on. read more

Tomas replaced and painted two outdoor water heater closet doors at my house. He had great communication the entire time, both by phone and text. Him and his nephew stayed long hours to ensure the job was done correctly. They do great work. They also cleaned up after themselves. His pricing is clear and affordable. I already have plans to hire Tomas for more handyman work. read more

Fast service- same day and reliable. Reached out quickly and bought the parts and fixed the issue without problems.

Tomas is great! Great communication and quality of work. Good value and works quickly and with quality.

Tomas responded quickly and gave me a quote right away. He understood the scope of the project (replacing some wood and reinforcing part of a raised wooden foundation.) He and his nephew started on time with good communication during the job (mostly by text since I was inside working), and worked a long day to get it all done. Didn't leave a mess either! I will be happy to hire him again. read more

Tomas was hired to hook up our refrigerator in a different location in our kitchen, (which required moving the water hook up) and put in a base and wall cabinet in the refrigerator's old location. He was required to put in an electrical outlet, install the cabinets, and paint a little. He also fixed one of the cabinets that was damaged during shipping. Tomas did excellent work and accomplished the work when he said he would. We felt his price was good. We will definitely hire Tomas again for handyman work. read more

1 star is being generous after being taken advantage of. There was some good reviews..so i gave it a try. But, be very careful with Tomas. He will take advantage of you if you let him. Make sure each job us quoted precisely. Do not accept a daily rate. Tomas works very slow and is more concerned with brakes then the work itself. Also, he took material i purchased and still have not been returned after 1 week. I do admit i was very frustrated Tomas taking advantage of me...so thats probably why he didnt return the item i purcahsed after i expressed my disappointment. read more
