Had a wonderful experience hiring Johnny to repair items both in and outside of home. Wood next to soffit leaked during the heavy rain last year. This required removing gutter and replacing and painting wood, he plugged the cause of leak. I needed hinges on bathroom cabinet done and drywall and reattached toilet paper holder. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!!! Johnny and Marie did a partial renovation on our recently purchased 101 year old home. It was in BAD shape. The walls were beyond gross; they had several different textures, holes, and many years worth of filth. We did not want to do new walls throughout so Johnny repaired the existing walls, sanded and retextured and painted throughout the house. He restored all the doors, rebuilt the built in shelving, installed a hood vent that never existed so he had to cut the roof to install it, removed the bars from all the windows and repaired the window casings, paint throughout the house, hung bistro lights in the backyard, built and installed rodent covers on the exterior, installed Nest security system, hung window roller shades, and on and on and on!!! I sent an email out to about 9 handyman services on Friday afternoon on replacing a hot water heater door. I had a few email replys including AMI. Johnny was very detailed in his questions regarding the project. After determining he had a great quote, I asked if he could work on a Saturday. He replied with in seconds that he could. I wasn't planning on getting the material to be ready the next day as I needed to arrange pick up of the material and was planning to schedule something out for the following Saturday, Johnny quickly responded that he could pick up the material as well.
