If you are in the VIP rewards group, it has a 90-day Perfect Fit Guarantee so you can return for store credit, which can be used toward a different shoe or different size of the same shoe. If purchased online, you can get a refund within that time period. I called customer service to get the same shoe in a different size at the same price and went to the store to do my return of the first size. If you return in person vs mailing, the return is free. Customer service is great both over phone or in store. The three employees there in the store including the manager were so helpful with my return. Definitely recommend this location and this shoe company in general.

Omar, the "hat doctor," primarily helped me, and he truly lived up to the name. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I brought in my mom's old cowboy hat from the 80s, which was in pretty rough shape, and he somehow brought it completely back to life in a way I honestly didn't think was possible. The transformation was incredible! Beyond Omar, the entire store staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. Once my order arrived the quality of the shirt exceeded my expectations, I will definitely order again. And will make time to visit their store in the near future. A+.
