I have had a fair issues, some of them probably caused by a lack of involvement from the actual building owners. No matter what happened TRS was always on top of it, it really helps when the people you are dealing with are a local and small business. I would be happy to work with TRS again.

THE WORST RENTAL AGENTS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH…read more I dealt with Damon and Marcela at the rental source, regrettably they're the least professional leasing agents I've dealt with. There was a serious mice infestation at the unit on Broderick street x McAllister street. I called, emailed and texted the leasing agents and didn't get any response. Like other people who provided feedback here recently, they just don't care about the tenants at all, they only reach out when they need something from you, Damon would call multiple times, leave voice message, speak to you in a tone as if you should respond immediately, yet when you reach out regarding other matters all they do is ignore your emails, call and messages. One of the leasing agents Damon showed up at the unit without any prior notice on a winter night at 6pm (I have never met him in person by this point), he rang the bell aggressively as a stranger and just expect the tenants to answer. I had a late work meeting and wasn't able to respond, by the time i responded to the bell, he came across agitated and expected me to be available at his own accord. He came to inspect a water leakage problem yet decided to completely dismiss and ignore the serious mice infestation. I do not recommend anyone renting any properties with the rental source, it's the worst rental company I've ever worked with - they literally do not care anything you nor your living environment

Safe, convenient and easy walks to stores and services. They folks on the phone were knowledgeable, knew the location and were helpful. The actual apartment was nice, clean and well appointed. The pricing was good for a nicely decorated, furnished apartment in a popular location. Short term leases are hard to find and pricey, Zeus was a fairly priced and the customer service made it easy. I will use them again.

***read the terms closely - if Zeus manages your property they are essentially the tenants and this…read moremeans that they do not have to share any applications or information with you about who is staying in your house or who they choose to rent to*** Totally shady and different than any other property manager that will work together closely with you to make sure the tenant that is in your (possibly) most valuable possession in the world is someone you would want to be in your property. Zeus property management is the worst. They cost us at least $5000 in lost rent, and their team absolutely does not care at all. For any other property owners thinking about Zeus, please run away, as fast as you can. From the beginning, their team was totally incompetent. In reviewing our agreement, we found that they had not sent an updated contract with correct dates of our rental, and essentially were breaking and entering our property for 3 weeks. They were unresponsive to new tenants that inquired about the property, and we were told by multiple prospective tenants they hadn't heard back from the team. When I brought this up, they said that they respond within 30 minutes, but we had multiple people tell us this was not the case, so they essentially were lying to us. In particular, Kyle, Symantha, and Jessie went above and beyond to show us how little they cared about both their subpar job, our family/home and finances, and any issues we were having. It's very telling that they have no phone #s attached to their e-mail addresses, and really no way to get in contact with the individuals 'managing' the property except via email. After escalating, I finally got in touch with someone who gave me a call after an entire month of trying. Additionally, please read the terms closely, as there is an important nuance in their business model. They note that they become the tenants. In this case they will not share any applications or even have you approve the individuals who will be living in your house. This is completely different than any property managers I have used who make sure you know the person and the information about the person who is going to be living in a very valuable asset. Their team was beyond disappointing and I would advise anyone (including investors) to please rethink this company as it has significantly gone downhill as it's gotten more corporate. I would anticipate their property management side to fold very soon as they go above and beyond to anger property owners and show how little their client means to them, and are completely incompetent and super shady in their practices.

We thought both companies would be a good fit; however, neither company gave us the services we were promised. When we switched to Fredy Peccorini of Cityscape, I was the president of the HOA board, which meant I communicated with Fredy multiple times a week. From the beginning, Fredy was more efficient in following through on emails and communicated with us promptly. In addition to Fredy's amazing organizational skills, he had a list of go-to people from electricians to attorneys. He demonstrated that he had a very good relationship with these contacts. All of this made my job as president much easier. It was a pleasure working with Fredy. It wasn't until the second year that I learned he had 15 years of experience managing condos, which shows. I can't thank Fredy enough for all he has done and continues to do for us.

Completely disappointed in the lack of proactiveness and overall poor service of this property…read moremanagement company. I lived in my building for almost 4 years, and Francis Serrano (the point-of-contact who manages the building) had repeatedly remained unresponsive or unhelpful when the unit owner (my landlord) and I would flag some concerns about a potential mice infestation in the building. Instead of taking initiative into identifying the root cause, Francis sent my landlord an email that says that "rodents are a common issue in San Francisco" and basically is hands-off in trying to treat the individual units beyond adding rodent boxes in the trash room. She implied that it was my responsibility to keep the unit clean, as if she was implicating that I was the one living in squalor and started the infestation. I ended up reporting it to SFDPH, where they discovered that the unit next to me had an infestation due to leaving dog food out and not tidying up after her pet. They also found some violations in the building, like a large gap under the door sweep of the trash room as a potential entry point. In addition, the light wells around the building were covered with debris and trash. After speaking with pest control services, they explained that the mouse chewed an entryway from my neighbor's unit and into my own, escaping from behind my dishwasher and scurrying from under my oven. I eventually moved out of the building since writing this review. Before leaving, I discovered from other residents and tenants (including HOA members) that they were not informed that there was a mice infestation in the building. There were other residents who were left to fend for themselves, purchasing traps from Amazon and met with delayed action or similarly dismissive responses from Francis. I decided to share this experience after some time, because I wanted to warn others about this property management company and the lack of urgency and competence in how they handled this situation. They merely felt obligated to address the problem after getting a formal report from SFDPH, rather than listening to the concerns from their residents. If you can, stay away at all costs.
