Unfortunately, we've now had two negative experiences with them. The first time, they arrived about 20 minutes late for a pickup, which resulted in our colleague missing her train. We used them again today hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt, and the fare ended up being higher than what had originally been communicated. When my BP questioned the additional cost, the response from the driver was very rude and inappropriate, essentially telling her that if she didn't like it, she could use another company. I followed up directly with the company afterward and spoke with the driver, who identified himself as the owner. When I explained the situation and said I intended to raise a complaint, he was dismissive and indicated that he did not care. He said go file a complaint and then i will file a complaint on you for filing a complaint on me. Seemed very unprofessional. Avoid using them at all costs!!!

The man I spoke to committed to having a cab there at 4:30pm to take me home. I stood outside the garage for 35 minutes in frigid air, from 4:15pm to 4:51 pm and no cab showed up. Bottom line, I had to take my car home and leave it out in the storm. If I could leave minus stars I would do that, but I was forced to leave one star, way more than was deserved, in order to post this review. I'm not sure if there's a taxi licensing service at the state level, but if there is they'll be hearing from me too.

Driver gave me a hard time about how far out of his way my house was, although it was only a 5 minute detour on the way back to our original pickup location. Considering he works for a car service, he should go wherever his customer needs to go within his business's service area. For my first experience with this car service, I have no choice but to give a very low rating. Would NOT recommend.

I ask him why he didn't tell that at first and he starts using expletives to get him the cash. He wouldn't even turn off the meter. They're LATE, or they DON'T SHOW UP, they like to ARGUE with you when it comes to their faults or when you try to file a complain over the phone for any of these reasons. They're not 24 hours, they're lying. There's NO manager because they want to RUN FROM CONFRONTING THE PROBLEM..so how they do it? They put you on HOLD over the phone in a instant MULTIPLE of times, and they HANG UP on you intentionally..there's more, they ignore your call when you try and call back. I left two voicemail messages, then when I call from a different number a minute later they answer the phone, and LIE over the phone they have no messages. YOU SEE!! What company argures with you over the phone? What company doesn't want you to know their names? What company doesn't have a main address to go to? I have tried to call for some clients and they're really nasty over the phone. I was so disrespected. If I didn't have my clients name, address, appointment times, etc - they quickly to say to "get all the information FIRST and then call back" then they hang up on you. Like they have no patience to wait one minute while I get all the information altogether. HOW RUDE! I also had cilents said they're drivers car was dirty, others say another smells, and some the driving was reckless. I wouldn't bother with this company. Call a UBER, they know exactly what business is. This "A Cab Co" can take some notes from UBER.
