The man I spoke to committed to having a cab there at 4:30pm to take me home. I stood outside the garage for 35 minutes in frigid air, from 4:15pm to 4:51 pm and no cab showed up. Not only was he was an excellent driver and very professional, but he went above and beyond helping us track down our lost bags from a different terminal at JFK and even returned a left behind passport to us after the trip.
