The driver who is the owner didn't get out to open the door for my M.I.L and it just got worse from there. The driver was taking loud and laughing on his phone the whole trip and not paying attention to his gps. We called to address the ride with the owner who was rude and belligerent and took zero accountability. I probably would not even have bothered to write this had he ( the owner ) not been so adversarial.
