The problem was the single gate was not level and hangs at an angle. I will admit I did not notice this until the company had been paid in full and left the premises. I notified the fence company once I noticed the fence and sent them a picture of the single gate and asked them to please straighten it or we will discuss getting it replaced if that is what needs to be done. I have too small dogs I felt could get through the opening. I heard back from the fence company and they were very nice. They said they wanted me to be happy and would go over a solution to straighten the gate and would call me and we could discuss it. They never called me to discuss anything and It is clear they feel they are finished with the job. The mistake we made was paying in full for the job. If we had held back some money I am sure they would have come back to straighten the fence. So what we have learned from this experience is pay a deposit and give the balance at the end. We have learned our lesson.

After getting several quotes from various fence companies, I decided to go with Bravo based on…read moreseveral reviews as well cost. I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price!

This by far has to be the worse fence company ever. They destroyed my water lines, fence door fell off the hinges within a month and calls to rectify the issues goes unanswered after months. This was the worst investment I made to my home going with these guys. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in water overage bills and new water line installation. In fact, in late June a large oak tree fell and landed a direct hit on it. The railing was broken but the main deck stood firm. Phil and his crew repaired it, and after cleaning and resealing it looks like new. They may not be the cheapest, but IMHO they're the best in the business and are most highly recommend! Just look at the pics and ask yourself if you've seen a better 6 year old deck!

It is perfect for our children and dogs. The second thing they built for us is a huge deck with an incredible ramp for our two children who are in wheelchairs. Our neighbors are also impressed with the craftsmanship. They fenced in the area underneath the deck and added a door so that we can access it, but the dogs and children can be kept out. Where do I start! I reached out to Ramos Concrete Construction seeking an expert opinion regarding…read moreconcrete work performed by the builder of our home. The slab was not level and had low spots in which water was pooling. In addition, the slab was extremely discolored. The builder refused to re-pour the slab and we would not move forward with the purchase without knowing if their solution was viable. The builder wanted to skim coat the slab and stain it to give a uniform color. Mike came out and met with the builder and asked lots of questions about the cement mix, grading, trowel work, and if the cement was "hot" when poured. He noted all the defects in the slab and the reasons why. Mike gave me a quote for replacement. It was approximately $3200 dollars. My husband and I went to the builder and asked for a seller concession so we could let Ramos Concrete do our work. We did not want the builder to repair and thought it in our best interest to have a permanent fix vs lipstick on a pig. This was a new build and we were planning to add a patio cover. To my surprise, the builder reached out the next day and offered to replace vs repair. This would not have happened without Mike's expertise. I felt 100% confident that he knew concrete and was able to pinpoint exactly why the slab looked so awful! My husband and I had already agreed to give the work to them vs having the builder do anything. In the event we still end up with a poor slab we know who to call. I really wanted to give Mike something for the time he took to go out and write up his opinion and estimate. You don't find this kind of service today, it's non-existent! I can't speak highly enough of Mike and the service I received. He definitely went above and beyond! It is because of him, and only him that the builder stopped fighting with us and agreed to replace the concrete. I absolutely owe my thanks (and new slab) to him!!!
