The problem was the sky light was not installed properly and caused leaks. The heat and sun has dried our caulk and cracks have formed. Caulking like we did before would be necessary when new leaks form. We wanted his thoughts and appreciate his honesty. He did not try to sell us something we did not need but explained the situation so we could understand. We look for contractors that are knowledgeable and honest and he rocks. We would highly recommend him.

Had to add "3" pickets that they missed, and screw in at least 10 boards that were not nailed on all 3 cross braces. There is still another picket to add later. DECKS - YES! SUPER JOB! FENCES - NO!
