There were two different crews who did the fence and the stairs. Both crews were professional and did a great job on the fence and stairs but also did a great job cleaning up. If you did not know, you would not have been able to tell they had been there except for the quality craftsmanship. While they were working on the stairs, I asked about replacing the railings on the deck. Within 45 minutes, not only did they have an estimate for the railings, they had the lumber delivered and were already working on it. These guys do great work and for any exterior projects, I will be using these guys. My neighbors installed a fence next door with a different crew and it is obvious our fence looks much better and the quality of work is exceptional. Highly recommend these guys.

He has provided numerous excuses as to why the additional pavers are not level including, I did not meet him on-site and "specifically ask" that the additional pavers be installed level, he sees nothing wrong with it and that this is what he would do at his own home. Because he did "only" what I asked, they've wiped their hands clean of the project. I communicated to the contractor that I would have been happy to pay more money if it meant getting additional pavers installed level. There has been no proposal to fix the issue or remedy it even by payment. I found this contractor thru Belgard certified contractors because I trusted that they fully vet their contractors. I've obviously reached out to Belgard directly express dissatisfaction on the project. I've worked with numerous contactors over the years for different types of projects and this experience has been extremely frustrating. The final outcome and lack of professionalism on the back end from Matt is bothersome. Again, do not use this company. I am prepared for a lengthy response with numerous reasons as to why the outcome was a "great" one. The pictures of where they "installed" brand new pavers shows enough. This was not simply following street elevation. Take the money and run contractor. Their communication after the project was at its best when offering promotional swag 3 times soliciting us to leave positive reviews.

I want to give a review for Sarros Landscaping. Phil and his team totally transformed my current…read moreyard into the dream yard we didn't even know was possible. First, we had a nice backyard, but we had a yard that sloped to the house that never grew grass very well and always suffered with some drainage issues. Phil recommended and put in a paver potio that included great looking stones, firepit and pergola to give it character and style. I cannot say how much we love this patio. We cook down there with our grills/smokers, we have weekend fires in the fire pit for s'mores and cooking, and we love to just sit and relax as we hear the birds and watch the kids play on this transformed area. Second, we bought the house for the yard in the past for the trees and adventure, but our kids wanted grass to run/play. This is where Phil recommended putting in a retaining wall and leveling or backyard (with appropriate grade for drainage) to put a beautiful grass filled yard. This involved lots of prep, grading, tree removal and planning but the results are amazing. Phil not only put in zoysia grass and planned plants, replants, and beds all around my house, but had the new sprinkler systems put in to help water the investment. Phil also put grass all around the house and even put in yard lights (which I have always wanted) to shine on the house and tree canopy's which makes things look so great at night. Phil even helped me put in a tree swing between two trees since we had to take out a dying tree that we previously had a swing on. Third, and most importantly, Phil is great to work with... I am an engineer so I am detailed and I want to discuss things regularly. Phil ALWAYS had the time to talk, plan, and make sure that we were lock step in what we were doing with the yard and what the expectations were from both parties. Lastly, when the job is completed, Phil doesn't go away. He still welcomes calls to check on things, come look at the job and make sure things look right, and give advice on anything that his team has helped put in. When you invest in something that matters you want to give it to a person who is going to care about your investment as well and that is what Phil does. I have a high standard of how I want things to look when they are done at my house. Many times I do these things on my own because I can do it well. I have also learned to hire people who are qualified to do excellent work because I know I won't regret it for the years to come when I look at that investment over the years. Investing with Sarros Landscaping was a no brainer. We love our house, our yard, our new way of living, and I can't wait for the years to comes being out there and enjoying the outdoors.
