Franko's team showed up right on time every day. They communicated with us each day and did a wonderful job. We had them build a 6' privacy fence with 3 gates. They also custom built 2 doors for our crawlspaces that match our fence perfectly. We also had them install a new back door that we had a hard time installing ourselves. It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking. They did all the demo themselves! And they didn't leave a single piece of trash behind! We could NOT be more pleased with this fence install. Franko has a great team that works for him. So I went to expand my chain-link fence in the backyard that contains four dogs and hired this…read morecompany. It was an additional 136 feet of fence and they charge me right around $4000. They knew it was to contain dogs but yet they did such a half assed job. They didn't put the fencing all the way down into the ground nor did they put a secure wire along the bottom of the fence, so Now my dogs have escaped four different times. They came back one time spent 10 minutes saying they fixed things and obviously they didn't. The owner will not respond to my messages or phone calls any longer. Absolutely horrible service would not use them ever again.

Listened to what I needed, gave me a couple of estimates that I could easily understand, and trusted me to make the right decision. You get what you pay for. No tension wire was installed. When I called them after deer of some…read morelarge animal ran through my newly installed fence. I was told that that had to be a customer requested item. I have learned more than I wanted to about fencing from a commercial fence installer, should have paid him to come up from Atlanta for the job. I was going to have them come out to put tension wires, but canceled when noticing other things that have left me thinking about having it reinstalled by professionals. 1. No tension wires installed. Without tension wires the bottom will roll up with pressure. My puppy learned escape this way. 2, The wires clips used to attach to support pipe can bent by hand. On the old fence you would struggle to bend them with a good set of pliers. Deer simply blew these When they ran into it one night. 3. On one panel they never installed the wire clips to the support. 4. The corner and main support post were cut too short. On one section there is 6" to 9" of fence simply lying on top of the ground. 5. They repaired a section of the old fence that a tree had fallen on. They did not re-attach the fence to it or fix a gap at the bottom. 6. Probably not under their control but the hardware is not the quality of my old fence. Most likely a supply issue. I would not use this company again. I would gladly pay the fence company I used in the past even though we're considerably high in cost.
