As he has a Yelp Guarantee, Dwayne was hired to make a house "rental ready", including complete paint of walls, ceiling, doors, trim and baseboard and other items. 1. He did not deliver the mutually signed scope of work. 2. Promised to show receipts for material he bought, and did not. he told me he needs to buy completely new paint to match; i agreed and asked him to keep the original in the garage... but when i asked about it, he told me he through it away. oh ya... 3. He did not complete the job - not on time nor AT ALL. As I am remote, he represented that he painted everything, and showed me certain things on video, via zoom. But when tenant came to the house, i got the reality in my face. he made paint touches, unprofessionally, with different paint color on the wall, trim and basedboard. i will let you judge by the pictures. I am not suggesting he did nothing, but he did not do many other items he said he had done; i had to get other vendors and pay twice. I sufferred losses, and had to rent out the house "as is" at a lower rental rate. Bottom line - he got his chance; I would not give him another. You can judge for yourself!
