Martin did $850 damage to my stucco. My painter who has been in business for 20 yrs said that this cannot be cleaned off. We tried to power wash the mess off and it didn't come off. The painter said that it has to be repainted. Martin was demanding that I allow him to try to clean it off. The painter told him that chemicals cannot be used on my white stucco as it would damage it. Martin is refusing to pay for the damage that he caused.

I purchased a home that had floors installed by Luma Hardwoods / The Hardwood Agency (he seems to go by multiple business names and actual names as referenced by other reviewers). I had some water damage and reached out to Luma to match the floors that were previously installed in the home. Then things unfolded as described below: January 12 - I paid for the order in full (that was a mistake) and Will said the order would be stateside in a month (supposedly it was coming from Italy, but I think that was actually untrue as well) Feb 6, Feb 16, Feb 20, Feb 23, March 3 - Texted, called, Emailed - no response from Will March 4 - He finally responded and said the order had not shipped from Italy and he agreed to cancel my order (since he couldn't provide tracking or any kind of accurate update on when the product would ship or arrive) March 4 - March 22 - Emailed, called, texted asking for a refund - no response. I am currently disputing this with my bank and will be joining the list of other customers Will has scammed by opening a small claims case in Travis County. Please don't make the same mistake I did and get scammed by this company. EDIT: Will has been saying my refund is "in process" for weeks now, over a month after my order was cancelled and he agreed to provide a refund. I have filed a police report, reported him to Better Business Bureau, filed an IC3 claim, and will continue to spread the word in the hopes that he doesn't rip anyone else off.

It went in similar pattern where he delayed the stock delivery by more than 2 weeks after multiple follow ups , he finally gave up saying your stock is not delivered and you can opt for cancellation and refund. He never sent the cancellation order and doesn't reply to phone calls or messages. This looks like completely fraudulent company where we are now filing a suit against this company. This is all such an emotional stress and lot of financial loss. Plz take my review in all sincerity and don't get into this trap. My partner and I recently bought a custom home in Round Rock and was connected through High Tech Flooring and Design to look at the different options and upgrades that we could include the house. The representative was super nice and supportive in helping us pick our our design and going through all the options to have available. In the sense, we also felt compelled to upgrade both the carpet and Padding, specifically the spill guard and upgraded carpet pile lengths. After 2 months later, and closing on the house, we noticed one of our floor was really squeaky and had to pull up the carpet to make sure we can drill it in.... and upon inspection, we realized what was installed was not the correct padding or carpet length. (Pictures displayed between sample and our carpet padding.) Spillguard is on the left (what we ordered). WE would not have known if we didn't have to also fix the squeaky floors - It's been difficult to get them to verify the correct padding, and getting a response from the office on how we can get it resolved. We brought it up, and requested that they bring in movers to help move the furniture and replace it, we're still in the process. They also had movers who wouldn't move back everything as requested - which made it difficult since my partner just had surgery on a torn ACL which meant we still had to request friends to support for something the company did wrong. They would also not verify the correct carpet that we upgraded. At this point, we believe this may have been an intentional intent to help save the company money. I believe they were banking that the new home builders would not have checked on the material that they purchased to help save on costs. MY recommendation - For anyone ordering carpet from High Tech Flooring, make sure you have proper documentation and verify when they are installing to ensure the correct flooring during the process.
