The only problem is that she is disabled and has to work around my work sched until I can get time off to take her and they keep leaving messages that she will soon owe MORE money if she doesnt pay. Edit: They contacted my mother back and stated it took them the 8 months to decide if they wanted a larger copay even though she had already paid the bill in cash. They were not supposed to charge her insurance at all. All the person had to say was that it was her mistake but they still need the money since it has already been billed. She told them she's not going to pay for something she already paid for and to which they admitted was their mistake. She was then told she would be sued. So! They weren't supposed to bill her insurance, admitted it was their mistake and still want more money for something she already paid for and also HAS THE RECIEPT FOR. She was treated so well, and after 4 tries with My VA optometrist in Bend, OR I decided to fire that optometrist and go here. My 1st exam went perfectly and they nailed my prescription in one try, unlike the 4 trips and misses at Bend CBOC. Best glasses I've had in many years and will continue to go to Vision Source. We've always been treated with the greatest respect and care. Highly recommend!!!

A pair of my glasses, Ray-Ban frames broke and my wife brought them in for repair. They (staff) determined that warrantee service was necessary. After about a week we were called and informed that the frame was out of stock and was on back-order and would be about a month wait. (Seems another color was available, but that wasn't offered). After 4 weeks wait I called and was told the frames were on the way... they had a tracking number. Another 2 weeks and my wife received an email that the new glasses were in. I got a text saying the same. I went to the office and they said indeed the new glasses were there and asked for the broken glasses..... which I didn't have. Nothing in the email to the wife or the text to me to bring back the broken glasses. So..... would not give me the new glasses until the broken ones returned. This happened to be Tuesday 11/26/24. I work till 2:00 each day. Returned Wednesday 11/27 only to find a sign on the door saying they closed that day at 12:00 noon, and OBTW would also be closed on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. None of that was mentioned when I was in the office on Tuesday. There are options for these services, and I will never use this office for my eye health again. I hope management sees this review and makes some changes so that future customers get better treatment.

I had one set of glasses that had become scratched and much to my surprise, they replaced the damaged lens without charge. I once had a problem with Transition lenses that they were not centered properly over my eye pupil, and I had to tilt my head to get the distance focus correct. I lived with that work around ok until my next set (new correction) and on the new frames/glasses, the optician worked hard to get them centered properly. No problem after that. I've also stopped in a few times when a lens was coming loose or a frame was coming loose and the optician fixed those problems without charge.
