So grateful they were able to fit me in early in the morning. They checked out the tooth that was bothering me (thankfully no infection, just really irritated) and gave me some medicated oral rinse. Everyone I talked with was incredibly friendly, and I didn't even get charged by the end of it. If I didn't already love where I currently go for dental work, I wouldn't hesitate switching to here.

Let me preface this review by saying that Dr. Parsley was my dentist five years ago and that things…read moremay have changed since then. When I was a patient there, the office staff was very kind. Dr. Parsley, however, is a big part of the reason that even though I'm a full-grown woman, I cry every time I need dental work. I went to Dr. Parley a few times, and it was awkward every time. He would make inappropriate jokes and I dreaded going. Then, the final time I went to him, I had to get some fillings, and he had a hard time numbing me up. Instead of realizing after the first try that I would need more lidocaine than the average person, he tried drilling into my not fully numbed tooth FOUR times! I was in agony! His response: "Patients like you are the reason there is such a high suicide rate among dentists." I never went back. Thankfully, I have found a different dentist who actually cares about her patients and doesn't have a problem getting me numbed up. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Parsley unless you are looking for a sleezy dentist guaranteed to make you hate going to the dentist for years to come.

The office staff were very…read moreEffie and pleasant when scheduling initial appointments for my family of five (including three young kids). Family appointments take some "strategery" and they nailed it (with a smile)! We saw the new dentist, Dr. Michael, and my kids and I were spread among a couple different hygienist. They were all very pleasant, fun, easy going, thorough, and seemed to be using up to date equipment and data gathering processes. The staff were great with our kids (more patient than their parents, perhaps). Also, they sent us home with very nice new patient "swag bags." Drs. Tony and Michael may be pleased to know we celebrated a successful visit to the dentist by filling (then emptying) our Highland Family Dental branded pint glasses ;-) Thank you for the pleasant first visit!

I had the worst infection and I called, got in that day, received excellent care, and 6 days later, had my tooth pulled and felt great that afternoon. It is now day 2 and still no pain. It happened so fast, boom it was out. I was waiting for the numbness to wear off and be sore all over again, but that didn't happen. The staff makes you feel at ease and right at home. Dr Fairbanks knows what he's doing, he's gentle, caters to cowards, explains everything, does not talk you into doing something that's going to cost a fortune and not really benifit you. Anyone looking for a Great new Dentist, he's still taking new patient's , but I have a feeling he will be filling up fast. Call 541-447-4888. You won't be sorry.

Despite the publicity these…read moredangerous shots have been given, Desert Peaks insists upon continuing the Hellish propaganda. I left a voicemail today expressing my disgust at their cartoonishly evil behavior, and an employee called me back to loudly accuse me of "being inappropriate." I realize speaking truth is "inappropriate" in our current world, but murdering people through lies, propaganda & poisonous shots is worse, no matter what the government says. The soulless employees cited "following the law" to excuse their lawlessness. Maranatha. Bring Justice, Lord Jesus. I really appreciate the other review on here about Ms.Killingbeck. Pre Covid-lunacy I had one miserable appointment with her. After sitting in the waiting room for a half hour past my appointment time, she finally permitted me into the exam room where I sat for another half hour. I was only there to re-up a script for migraine meds (Sumatriptan), but Anne futilely attempted to weigh me, give me a pelvic exam, and put me on a daily migraine med. None of these procedures and prescriptions were my reason for my appointment that day, yet she became irate at my refusals & accused me of refusing those treatments. In my opinion, she's a lunatic.

Fortunately, the doctors and staff at Cascade View Family Dental have made the transition effortless and pleasant. I am happy to say that I am very satisfied with the level of care and attention to detail that the staff provides at Cascade Dental. Dr. Bass is warm, knowledgeable, humorous, and efficient. His mannerisms are professional and his recommendations have thus far proven to be completely on point. And if that wasn't enough, every member of the team is wonderful, and it feels like a visit with friends more than a visit to the dentist. Additionally, I look forward to my visits with the hygienist (Dr. Laurel) because she genuinely cares for not only the health of my teeth, but my overall well-being. I never thought I would find another hygienist who would do nearly as good a job as my last one (Dr. Elizabeth), but her enthusiasm and considerations rank her as top notch. I'm sorry that I hadn't taken the time to give this much-deserved praise to this practice sooner, but on the other hand, after being with them now for over a year, I can say with conviction that I would absolutely recommend this business based on numerous pleasant interactions. Here is a review of my previous dentist, in case you are in the Orange County area, as my heart is still with them and I consider them to be like family.
