After several trips back, they still didn't get it right. We gave up working with them after the 4th fitting. She is back to using her old upper that may break any time, and going without lowers. To top it off, we have asked for an adjustment in price, ie a refund, over and over yet they still bill my mom for the products and services that she can not use. At one point they gave her a $90 refund, and now they are billing her for that refund! Nice as the staff is, save yourself a lot of heartache and go elsewhere! Update 7/25/20. While she would have rather had usable dentures , we are satisfied that they at least returned some of her money.
