Absolutely amazing experience throughout my entire treatment! Dr. Kung was able to give me my smile in just over a year with no extractions needed. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly as well, making scheduling, rescheduling, and monthly check-ups smooth and easy. An old friend of mine recommended me to take my daughter to Dr. Kung last year and I am so glad I did! He has been nothing but amazing to my daughter. Every time we came in for a check up, everyone there was so kind to us. My daughter's treatment for braces went by so quick and she is so happy with her teeth and smile now. None of this would have been possible without Dr. Kung and the workers there. I will definitely be coming again when I need to. If anyone I know needs an orthodontist to go to, Dr. Kung will be the first person I tell them! read more

On Halloween last year I made the decision to get a second set of braces since I failed to wear my retainers from the set I had as a teenager. My dentist referred me to Dr. Kung and I'm so glad he did. I'm very pleased with my results and I appreciate the doctor wanting to get my teeth as perfect as possible. Barbara the office manager is wonderful as well. She is so very nice and she worked so hard to get my delta dental coverage to go through. Brittany and Teresa are the two awesome ladies that had the pleasure of putting on , adjusting and removing my braces. So friendly and made you feel comfortable at each appointment. read more

At 47 I was a little doubtful about the procedure. Would it really matter at this point in my life? Yes, it did. It changed my smile (which I rarely did before) and improved my bite. In a little over a year the process was compete. Dr. Kung and staff were exceptional in every way and the process was flawless. I highly recommend Dr. Kung for any orthodontic work. He is a professional at the top of his game and it shows. He cares about his patience and the end result. A big thank you to Teresa, Barbara and all the staff, you guys are all amazing! read more

I have always been self-conscious with my teeth, I have had gaps and crooked front teeth my whole life and it seemed to have gotten worse in my adult life...Well I was finally able to afford braces so I had a consultation done with Dr. Laski Kung, he was one of the nicest Dr.'s I have met... Well knowing I was going to be spending a bunch of money on my teeth I went and had a few more consultations done just to get an idea of what was out there.... I ended up back at Dr. Kung's office. Cleanest office, nicest staff, newest technology, best rate, and they were willing to work with me on my payments, not to mention they work out of 2 offices so they were either close to my home or work so I could choose which one worked better depending on the day of the week or time, with the same staff and Dr.! How awesome is that?!?! ...how could I say no?!? I told Dr. Laski Kung that I wanted PERFECT teeth when I was done...I was dropping a lot of $$$ and I was not going to be happy until I had PERFECT teeth!...He understood me and was going to make that happen... Every time I had an issue in-between an appointment, lose wire, broken bracket, poky wire, shifted tooth, whatever the case, they always worked around my hectic work and school schedule to get me in within that week to get it taken care of...The second you sit in that chair you are asked if there are any problems or concerns....don't be afraid to speak up!!! They are there for you!!!!! I got my braces off yesterday and I walked out of there with PERFECT teeth and I couldn't be happier!!!!! I have exactly what I expected and what I paid for...I almost cried I was so happy!!!! Thank you so much Dr. Laski Kung and Staff you are all amazing!!!!!! :) I will definitely refer to all my friends and family!!!! read more

Over two years ago I took my grandson into an orthodontist that we had known for some time. He took a look at my grandson's teeth and informed me that he could do nothing for him. I was told that he had "open bite". An open bite is one dental disorder where the front teeth, both upper and lower are forced outwards to an extent that the teeth of the upper and the lower jaw do not touch each other, even when the mouth is closed. At this time I was told that only surgery would correct the problem....and at a cost of $32,000.00. I was also told that the pain of this operation and the time involved (many weeks) was very painful. I was devastated for the child. It was then that my regular dentist heard me talking to his assistant about it. He came out and slipped a card into my hand that said Dr.Laski Kung. My dentist told me that this is the person that I needed to see and at the time felt that he was the only orthodontist around that dealt with this problem without surgery. I took my grandson there and I thank God that I did. Dr. Kung is such a dedicated doctor and is so precise in every step of the procedure. Well today my grandson had his braces removed and it was nothing less than a milestone achieved. He has a beautiful smile and gorgeous teeth. Long story short......if I had a problem with my teeth looking less than perfect I would definitely seek out Dr. Kung. He probably would be embarrassed about this but in my opinion he nothing less than "genius" when it comes to the perfect smile. Dr. Laski Kung Madison St. and Fair Oaks  961-3250 961-3251 read more

I am so VERY grateful to have found Dr. Kung. Over the years I had been told by both orthodontists and oral surgeons that my open bite would be extremely different to correct. I was told that surgery (breaking/resetting possibly both jaws) and roughly four years of braces was the best chance I had. I was referred to Dr. Kung by my general dentist after he saw the amazing results with cases similar to mine. Dr. Kung's treatment plan was aggressive, and after ONLY eighteen months of treatment, I now have a beautiful smile. At 38 years old, I now say "CHEESE" for the camera! Thank you Dr. Kung. Thank you to all the staff as well! I highly recommend Dr. Kung. His approach to orthodontic treatment is certainly different than others. I am living proof. I have been coming to Dr. Kung for years for my braces and permanent retainer. I managed to break part of my retainer and Dr. Kung came into his office on a Saturday to fix it for me because he knew it was uncomfortable for me. He is a doctor that really cares for his patients and I highly recommend going to him! read more

I wanted to take a moment this Thanksgiving morning to write how grateful I am for the fantastic job Doctor Kung and his wonderful staff did to straighten my horrible bite and crooked teeth. Let me start with saying I went through a very painful maxillofacial surgery in March of 2015 to fix my severe sleep apnea, with a lengthy recovery and rehabilitation period afterwards. I ended up with a gap in my teeth on my left side that you could slip a Ritz cracker through. My general dentist told me the only person he knew in the Sacramento region that could fix my severe bite was Doctor Kung. I met Doctor Kung and his staff during my initial consult, and they were very kind, professional and full of encouragement. I had my braces on for 20 months and I have straight teeth now. Doctor Kung and his staff did more than just give me a beautiful smile; they allowed me to live a normal life again, where I could eat the foods I loved before my surgery, and feel free to smile and show my teeth when my friends and family make me laugh. I highly recommend the orthodontic services of Doctor Kung, and his professional staff are the BEST! read more
