Elenberger makes orthodontics fun! Would you believe they've added a slushie machine to the mix to keep kids' spirits up when they visit! And it keeps in theme with the whole beach surfer vibe. They also do contests- like the guess how many blue sour patch kids are in the jar for a great prize! This too makes kids happy! I guess I should also comment on the work done.... Awesome! Do you want a good orthodontist? NO, no, no... Do you want an AMAZING orthodontist? This is your MAN! Dr. Jeffery Ellenburger is so GREAT with kids! On our first visit for my daughter, Angelina, we were taken on a small tour of the office. When children arrive, there is a sink for them to brush their teeth, use some mouth wash, and play some games until their appointments start. In the waiting room, there are cookies and a mini fridge with mini bottle waters. We first spoke to Jennifer. She was Dr. Jeffery Ellenburger's assistant. She was very welcoming, spoke to Angelina...she explained to us how everything works. She showed that she really cared about making sure Angelina was comfortable. After that, Dr. Jeffery Ellenburger came in, introduced himself, and checked Angelina's teeth. He was fast, gave his recommendation, and we briefly spoke to Jennifer about our options. Our next appointment was scheduled to put on the braces. The weekend before her appointment, they sent me a reminder text. I love those! At her appointment to put the braces on, we arrived on time, waited about 15 minutes, then jumped right on in. The first appointment is the longest. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and we were done around 3:30. I occasionally checked up on her amd she was doing amazing! Before we left, another assistant showed all of us (mom, dad, amd Angelina) how to care for her braces. They were so helpful! They earn points for each appointment they get a check up and do a good job taking care of their braces, like not breaking the wires, keeping them nice & clean. At 100 or so points they can redeem them for prizes, like gift cards to Jamba juice. Putting braces on was a success! Dr. Jeffery Ellenburger's office is EXCEPTIONAL because the day after, he took the time to call and ask how Angelina was feeling. He asked if we had any questions....and he answered them. THANK YOU so much for such a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS AN OPINION IF THEY NEED, WANT OR ARE EVEN THINKING ABOUT BRACES. read more

Dr. Ellenberger and his staff are absolutely phenomenal! He has worked with our son since he was young- progressively correcting his severe overbite, straightening his teeth and now working with his secondary molars. He has done wonders. His staff is wonderful. They always greet us with a smile and act like we are family, asking us about our lives. Lynette and Janet have been particularly helpful and supportive. Our son has EXTREME anxiety and from day 1 coming to the orthodontist was an ordeal. Over the years, these ladies, together with Dr. Ellenberger, have created a supportive and successful environment and experience to the point where our son now looks forward to his appointments!
