I wish I could give 6 stars. The team is so incredible and so good with nervous kids (and parents!). Thank you for being awesome!

Kids watch movies to distract them while getting work done.

My kids love it here, super friendly staff Great experience…read moreoverall. My daughter loves getting her teeth cleaned and she's only 4 years old. She was 2 when she came for the first time and it's just so nice that she actually enjoys coming! Doctor and staff are always so welcoming!

Over the past several months, I brought my son to this clinic multiple times, and almost every…read moresingle visit turned into pressure to put him under general anesthesia. I was repeatedly told that my child was "uncooperative," and the staff even pointed to comments in his chart to support that claim. I was present during his appointments, and those comments simply did not reflect reality. My son never kicked, fought, grabbed the dentist's hands, or prevented treatment. The only thing he ever did was cry once, which is completely normal for a child at the dentist. What I find especially disturbing is that these inaccurate comments were documented in his medical record. It makes me question why they were written in the first place. From my perspective, it felt like they were being used to justify recommending general anesthesia over and over again. The last visit was the final straw. My son had a space maintainer that was placed by this clinic. The metal appliance was rubbing against his cheek and gums, causing him pain. I took time off work specifically for this appointment. When I scheduled it, I clearly explained multiple times that we were coming because the space maintainer needed to be adjusted since it was hurting him. I also requested a routine cleaning while we were there. The cleaning was completed, but then the dentist once again started insisting that my son should undergo general anesthesia and have additional dental work done. I explained, once again, that I was not there for that. I came because my child was in pain and simply needed the space maintainer adjusted. Instead of helping him, I was told that if I refused general anesthesia, I would need to sign a refusal form and schedule another appointment. So after taking time off work and bringing in a child who was already in pain, they refused to make a simple adjustment that would have taken only a few minutes. Instead, they rescheduled us for September. September. My son is in pain now. I understand that general anesthesia is appropriate in some situations. However, constantly pressuring parents into it, documenting behavior that does not accurately reflect what happened, and refusing to provide simple treatment for a child who is already in pain is completely unacceptable. Parents deserve honest documentation, respectful communication, and care that prioritizes the child's immediate needs, not repeated pressure to choose general anesthesia. We will not be returning to this clinic.

Today was the very first dentist appointment for our 1.5 year old and our almost 3 year old. I was…read morenervous because the almost 3 year old is an anxious little creature when it comes to anything outside of firefighting, popsicles and transformers (not the cartoon or movie but the actual electricity apparatus, strange I know). Dr Mike along with his assistant Maria worked their magic and accomplished what we went to do, complete their very first dental exam! Fantastic bedside manner, the place was fun, clean and the receptionist was a sweetheart. I definitely recommend.

Mike Staveris has been known to my family since 2015. My oldest child, who is now 15, has been…read moreunder Dr. Staveris's care since she was 5. My middle child has been seeing him for the past 2 years, and my youngest has just started. The staff is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the environment is well-maintained and clean. I have no complaints about that. However, my concern lies with the doctor himself. Over the last 1.5 years, I've noticed a change in Dr. Staveris. Perhaps he's getting older or tired, but he seems to lack patience with his patients, especially pediatric patients aged 5 to 6 years old. As you know, children of this age can't hold still for long periods and may become fussy if a procedure lasts longer than 10-15 minutes. They simply can't stay still for more than 5-7 minutes. About a year ago, I witnessed Dr. Staveris becoming aggressive and raising his voice at my middle child when she was making sounds of discomfort during a procedure and trying to communicate (with her mouth open) that she needed a break due to pain. Today, for the second time, I observed his aggression towards my 5-year-old son, who was struggling to cope with the dental procedure. I was shocked to see Dr. Staveris shouting at my young child when he was trying to express, with his mouth open, that he was in pain after being scratched by a tool and needed a break to rest his mouth And one more thing, Dr. Staveris likes to talk to his assistant during the procedure, discussing personal matters. Instead of focusing on the task at hand and utilizing time efficiently while the tooth is numb, he engages with his assistant. As a result, precious time is wasted, leading to the need for a second shot to numb the tooth because the initial time allotment has expired. These are disappointing factors. We have decided not to return to Dr. Staveris. Apologies, Doc :( - Note: the Yelp removed my review, saying that I did not have experience at this location. I am reposting this message, and yes, I did have the experience at this location.
